NNR05Pros:
1. The front desk staff was very good and friendly. He listened to my requests carefully and made sure they were granted.
2. The room was surprisingly spacious, comfortably fitting 3–4 people. There were plenty of compartments and switches, soundproof walls, and a smart TV (great for connecting a laptop and streaming content), though ASTRO was also available.
3. The location is highly convenient — directly connected to Paradigm Mall. You just go down to floor CC and turn left, and you’re there.
Cons:
1. The air-conditioning took a very long time to cool. Even at 18°C, it stayed underwhelming for almost an hour. We reported it, and the technician came quickly, which was appreciated. However, the issue still persisted until much later when we returned to the room.
2. Room service was extremely expensive, with prices ranging from RM40 to over RM100 for a relatively simple menu.
3. Breakfast was disappointing. While there was variety (local and western dishes like cauliflower cheese, charcuterie, rendang, sambal, Indian selections, and roti canai), many dishes were overly salty, heavy, and unbalanced. Even the roti canai was very hard.
4. Parking was a real letdown. The hotel lift is on the opposite side, forcing us to cross through the motorcycle area, which felt unsafe. To make matters worse, the crossing point is right next to the entry gate, adding to the risk.
Overall:
The stay had its good points ,especially the friendly front desk service, spacious room, and direct mall access, but was held back by underwhelming facilities like the air-conditioning, overpriced room service, poor breakfast, and problematic parking. With some improvements, this hotel could deliver a much better guest experience.

LLim HaleemI had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained — classic Sheraton comfort. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest.
Service from the front desk and concierge was friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth. I also appreciated the secure parking and the direct lift access to the hotel floors.
Location-wise, the hotel is well-situated for both business and leisure, with easy access to Kuala Lumpur and nearby malls.
Overall, a reliable choice for a comfortable stay in Petaling Jaya. I’d recommend it, especially for business travelers or a short city getaway.

YYasmin ÖzberkI booked Napzbox just for 2 nights, but I ended up extending my stay to a whole month because of how cozy and comfortable it was. From the start, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and it quickly became a place where I felt at home. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to give you both privacy and comfort.
What stood out to me was how easy it was to settle in — whether for work, rest, or just relaxing. The common areas are also really nice, making it easy to meet people or just have a quiet moment. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend Napzbox for anyone looking for a short trip or even a longer stay. It’s a great choice whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, on a solo trip, or even for business. It’s rare to find a place that makes you want to extend your stay, but this one definitely did 💗

GGuest UserGreat house, it's good to stay with family. Free parking. Location is good as we were having event in Le Meridien Hotel Petaling Jaya. Very near Paradigm Mall . I like they provide washing machine with dryer as we stay for 5 days.

GGuest UserUpon check in a staff by the name of Shaffiq attended to us with friendliness, warmth and grace. We were upgraded to an executive club room from a club room. The room was very spacious but the sofa and chairs in the sitting room were very uncomfortable. We had a hard time sitting on them. They were too deep and had no back support.
The mini bar was not replenished daily. The full set of towels were not replaced when the room was cleaned. We had to call for replacement. I think the efficiency of the housekeeping has to be improved, although they always brought whatever we requested over the phone very quickly. The point is, if they had done their job properly we would not have to call them to bring us the towels etc.
There should be more varieties of food for breakfast. We stayed for 1 week and the choices never changed. You should really have a rotation of choice of food. The pillows were, although made of natural materials, were too large and high. I coul not get support for my neck and did not have a good sleep for the duration of my stay.
Apart from that, the staff, from the door man, reception, restaurants, housekeeping were all excellent. The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel and rooms were good, too. I would come back to the hotel but the thought of sleeping with the pillows supplied, is keeping me away.

First room – toilet basin had water blockage.
Requested a room change – second room had trash in the bin and dusty bed.
Had to buy Febreze from Bila-Bila Mart to make it bearable.
Hotel provides new amenities, which is good.
But overall, poor maintenance and weak management.
Stayed 3 nights – saw many guests checking in and out, but upkeep doesn’t match the traffic.
Checkout was uncomfortable – had to wait for the lift twice.
Both times it was full of groups of male foreigners talking loudly. Felt uneasy.
This place has potential, but management needs serious improvement.

DdyhxIt's essentially Airbnb style apartment though I booked through Trip. Self check in and out process which they gave clear and detailed instructions and the team was pretty responsive via WhatsApp.
Note that they do not provide any disposable amenities so bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste. And own hairdryer too. They do provide hand soap, body wash and shampoo.
We got a 2 bedroom apartment, which we realized was a duplex apartment only when we got here. So one of the rooms is upstairs where you'll need to go up 1.5 flights of stairs. Each room came with a queen sized double bed that was firm and 2 towels. The room above came with an ensuite bathroom inside the room, while for the ground floor room, the bathroom is outside the room. Bathroom was spacious with a standing shower.
Our apartment was on the 25th floor that had a great view of the city, and you could see as far as Genting when the weather is good.
The swimming pool at the rooftop was great too, odd shaped but on one side it's a full lap length, there's also a jacuzzi at one end.

GGmanWe gave this a try because we stayed at Paxtonz next door which is run by the same group. But were quite disappointed with the attempted charge of 10 RM per each item of bedsheet, pillow, linen for our fifth family member. The booking and listing is for 5 adults can sleep in this room type and they didn't provide any bedding for the sofa bed in advance. Anyways after talking to them and going to lobby reception, I got it myself from one of their staff at their linen room. Yes they were busy during the National holidays but that's not an excuse for attempting to overcharge me for something I paid for already. No toothbrush or coffee / tea bags provided. Pool and gym at 39/F. Parking is paid by guests themselves.
