PPengguna TetamuThe bed and pillows are very comfy, staffs wirh the front desk are all very nice, the breakfast is good enough for us, the location is great for restaurants and only a short drive to blue mountain village, we did enjoy the 2 nights stay, thank you.

PPengguna TetamuHotel yang hebat! Biliknya bersih, air panas yang banyak untuk mandi lama selepas berkhemah seminggu di Algonquin, katil yang selesa dengan pilihan bantal yang bagus dan lokasi yang sangat sesuai berhampiran dengan 400 orang tetapi tidak dalam jarak yang dekat.
Satu-satunya isu kecil yang saya hadapi ialah isyarat wifi di dalam bilik lemah pada masa-masa dan kopi bilik agak teruk. Tetapi secara keseluruhan penginapan yang hebat untuk wang!

PPengguna TetamuWas overall good, but the heater in my room had a ticking sound that kept going off the middle of the night and we had trouble sleeping. Made a comment about it in the morning and didn’t seem like the front desk was going to do anything about it.

PPengguna TetamuIt would be great if they become more flexible for guests who had to leave early due to important reasons such as leaving for an early flight or other out of control situations. We had a hard time requesting for just coffee or hot water from the breakfast area. We explained that we need to leave the hotel at 7am for an early exam. We were not expecting to avail the full breakfast tho since we didn’t have enough time. We only asked if it would be possible to have at least coffee or hot water at least 6:45am. The staff at the reception seemed hesitant to offer a solution and insisted there’s nothing he could do than to wait for the chef until he comes (before 7am). We wouldn’t ask for coffee at the breakfast area if only the coffee maker in the room was clean. Both of the rooms that we occupied had dirty coffee maker.

PPengguna TetamuEin typisches Kettenhotel mit der erwarteten Ausstattung und Dimensionen des Zimmers. Nicht mehr ganz neu, aber noch gut in Schuss. Einzig das Frühstück war etwas sehr einfach gehalten. Verhältnis Preis/Leistung war aber trotzdem bei knapp unter 100€ gut.

PPengguna TetamuSpacious room that was newly renovated. Biggest problem was the fridge leaking, but the staff was proactive to investigate the issue after we checked out. We're still waiting to hear back, but appreciated the recommendation to provide feedback.
