帶長者和小孩一起出遊，定了兩間標雙，總的來説，定為三星級標準還是合格的，四星級達不到標準。
優點方面，1.前台服務意識好，在入住前會主動聯繫，得知我們需要兩間相連的房間，應該是主動幫我們升級了一間標雙。2.酒店提供了智能馬桶智能窗簾等，物品比較新。3.酒店前台可以購買99元四個大人的優惠早餐套餐，物品比較豐富，對於這個價格來説還是不錯的。
缺點方面，1.即使升級後，房間仍然太小了，而且估計是因為户型不合理，窗户小加上都為暗色調裝飾等原因，房間感官更小，且會顯得壓抑。2.房間的新風系統不給力，這個時候也沒有冷氣，開暖氣又很熱，通風的效果也不佳，因此會覺得房間裏比較悶，加上第一點空間小，在房裡呆久了不怎麼舒服。3.晚上睡覺不能開窗，否則户外的各種噪音比較明顯。4.房間的電器沒調好，電視遙控器控制不了電視，智能馬桶的遙控器也有問題，整體對長者小孩不友好。5.房間鋪設的應該是強化複合木地板，沒有配置浴袍，沒有衣櫃，僅在門後有一個很淺的壁龕，淋浴房寬度偏窄等，各種硬件配置不夠四星標準。6.淋浴的水温控制不穩，一次洗澡時居然碰到了三次水温突然升高，還好平常沒洗很熱的習慣，否則可能燙傷。7.酒店僅有兩部電梯，但有幾十層樓，電梯的運行速度和運行平穩程度都感覺堪憂，尤其是今天早上回酒店時，不知道有什麼活動導致一堆老年人堵滿了電梯間，讓人望而生畏……
總的來説，這裏如果按三星級標準，應該還是合格的，但四星級標準肯定是無法滿足。不過我們後來換到的另一個酒店，也是無法達到標稱星級，不知道是柳州的酒店普遍存在這種現象，還是攜程的評級現在注水了，這樣下來，攜程評級的參考性會越來越弱

上午剛離店，真實地寫下入住體驗。預訂時在雲頂酒店和兆笙對比了一下，最後選擇了兆笙，然後去雲頂頂層打卡了玻璃棧道和觀景平台。
環境：地理位置挺好，去江邊，古城，勝利夜市，五星商業街，水上公交上船點，柳州站都很方便，基本20元以內車費全搞定。周邊毗鄰江邊有類似公園，環境非常nice，各種植被覆蓋，清靜遛彎的好去處。柳州沿街非常多桂花樹，香甜桂花香讓人忍不住駐足樹下深呼吸。
衞生：大體還不錯，不過酒店全景落地窗需要深層清理，如果和我們一樣定江景房，白天拍照基本會比較朦朧。傍晚拍照出片。個別位置衞生不到位，玻璃外的窗台有之前住客遺留下的“臟東西”，玻璃燈具有灰塵。還是需要注意。
服務：還可以，入住和離店時同一個小姐姐，給人以温暖的笑容，其他大部分遇到的員工會打招呼，但是相比較來看就程式化一些。期間有位男士值班經理幫處理遇到的問題，也比較專業。吃了兩天早餐，早餐廳員工除了門口領位員工會有一句問候，其他遇到的廚房，巡場，包括補紙巾收臟餐的員工和人0交流。
設施：房間內的控制面板用起來比較複雜，電動坐便器接着電但是不能用，客廳和卧室各一台電視，都可以投屏，愛奇藝優酷騰訊視頻都不能使用，bilibili可以。吹風機太老舊的款式，洗髮水不好用。卧室窗邊的沙發椅需要修一下啦，不穩定。
下午到了桂林，入住灕江望月酒店，各方面都非常驚艷。值得酒店領導層來學習一下，哈哈😆。

首先這個酒店的位置特別好。旁邊就是萬象城。出行、購物都非常方便。
第二，這個酒店的員工非常有素質，從他們的眼睛裏可以看出客人當做了自己的家人般的體貼。
第三，我去過一些酒店衹配2瓶水，這裏多配了水。
第四，有些酒店的桌子上放得是讓你掃碼的充電寶，而這裏放得是三接頭的充電線。
第五。這家酒店的早餐配得種類很多。而且早餐時間很長。滿足了晚起的客人的需求。
同樣是做生意。有的酒店是把你當客人。而優範酒店把大家當做了家人。
第一次來柳州。就這麼幸運地入住到了這麼好的酒店。

到店第一感覺非常好，前台説給我升級了房間，當時非常開心，但一上到房間，打開窗簾看到的就是臟臟的垃圾小站（還説給我升級了），我立刻反映給前台要求換房，服務員雖然第一時間給我換了，我訂了2間的，當我換了樓層，我也提出讓寶寶和長者家換到跟我同一樓層，服務員當時也是應允了，但我到了換給我的房間後，服務員又説不肯定能給寶寶和長者家換上來，而我已經通知了收拾行李上來了，商討了一番，最後我提出可以等房間打掃出來，服務員還讓我補清潔費（前後沒有15分鐘，長者家可能就在房間躺了一下，具體情況我沒下去看，我也是聽我家人講的（躺了一下這個情況），我又講了一番，最後才沒有收取我的清潔費，也給我把2個房間換到了同一樓層。房間衞生情況真的非常一般，桌子都是我自己拿紙巾重新擦了一遍，塵多，衞生間也是，自己直接動手先擦乾淨，值得讚的是後續的服務態度還是很好的

酒店位置很不錯，臨近市中心，就在江邊，也很好找，打車能到酒店樓下。酒店是有免費停車場的，直達房間，很便捷，樓下就是肥羅莊，附近還有牛雜火鍋店，想吃螺螄粉的話去一公里左右的市中心就能吃到，吃喝玩樂很方便。24小時的洗衣房健身房，房間也寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，體驗感很好。

BBeth27What an absolutely unique and delightful property! It was a pleasure to stay here and experience a bit of history. These buildings have been carefully and lovingly restored through the efforts of the property owner and a dedicated architect—both men were at the homestay during my visit, which was a treat. Comfy bed, delicious food, lovely and attentive staff—if you need anything, just ask. I enjoyed just wandering around and getting lost in the village. Oh yes, I do not speak Chinese and traveled alone, but the owner speaks perfect English and contacted me in advance of my stay. He added me on WeChat and was hugely supportive in getting me to Chengyang and Lost World from Longji area. The staff were ready with Baidu translator so communication was a breeze.

The hardware in the store is good and the rest is very good, the overall feeling of staying is great, the service attitude is excellent, the bed is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the feeling of home is very good. Convenient transportation, Qingyun Market, five-star Pedestrian Street, Liuzhou Museum are very close, easy to travel. Recommended

LLucy LuLocation was great, it is close to shopping areas and local restaurants. Service was okay - front desk was helpful at checking in, but no other service was provided, no concierge or parking staff. Cleanliness is adequate to that of a 2-3 star hotel, rooms were clean but other spaces in the hotel was not such as the dining area, this is a hotel shared with other services so tons of random people going in and out. Little to none amenities, no coffee bars (just instant coffee in the lobby), no lounge, gyms, breakfast bar was small. Rooms indicated non-smoking rooms were available but upon check in, staff told me there are no non-smoking rooms. Most hallways and rooms reeked of smoke.

Check-in was swift and staff are helpful. Room is basic, but for the price, had everything I needed for my one- night stay. Downstairs is a convenience store to buy anything else you might need. It is easy to get taxi or bus to other parts of the city and its central location means you can get there quickly. Would recommend, and also it accepts foreigners.

TTraveller from JakartaHotel Wanda Realm Liuzhou is a 5-star Hotel located adjacent to Wanda Plaza Liuzhou, so you can get everything very easily without hassle. The hotel lobby is grande, the facilities is complete and in good condition, and my room is very clean. The buffet restaurant menu is also nice with a very reasonable price. In addition, the front desk staffs and the bell boy are very kind and polite, eventhough with a very limited English. It was a very pleasant stay in Wanda Realm Liuzhou.
The hotel is located in New City, but still within 10-15 min driving to the Old City, where most of the Tourist Attraction located.

PPamela StanfordI 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

Friendly and helpful staff. I extended my stay by half day for a reasonable fee. Breakfast is good with plenty of options. Spectacular views..Suitable for foreigners.

HHannah20180The Chinese style breakfast was really good and plentiful. The room was clean and large, with a little couch to sit on. I enjoyed having a table I could sit and work at. Bed was comfortable. Overall very clean and great hotel, especially for the price. The only problem during my stay was the elevator was broken when I arrived. Apparently the staff had repairmen there trying to fix it all day. By the next day it was fixed, but that evening they arranged a room for me on the fifth floor and helped me carry my luggage up. The elevator breaking seemed like a one off occurrence.
