GGuest UserWow, this hotel truly exceeded all our expectations. Everything about our stay was exceptional, and I can confidently say there was not a single fault.
From the very beginning, we felt incredibly welcomed by the staff. We were greeted downstairs at the door, our luggage was taken care of, and we were even offered tea and a hot towel, which was such a nice gesture.
Before we were escorted to our room, the staff even helped us to change into slippers (outside shoes aren’t allowed past the lobby). One of the staff members then accompanied us to the room and explained every detail about it, something I’ve never experienced before. The room itself was also spotless and very comfortable. The shower was spacious, and the toiletries provided were of high quality.
I also wanted to mention a moment where I truly felt genuine care from the staff. On a day when the temperature suddenly dropped, they had advised us to dress warmly and even provided us a bag with rain jackets and water. Without this kind gesture, I genuinely feel like I would’ve gotten sick so I felt extremely thankful. Coming back to the hotel, they even welcomed us back with hot tea and dessert, which was such a comforting and thoughtful touch.
The hotel was also home to five adorable and friendly kitties. As a cat lover, this was such a delightful bonus and made the entire stay feel even more charming and homey.
Overall, I would highly highly recommend this hotel. Although it is slightly pricier than the average of most hotels located in Zhangjiajie, the service and quality of the room definitely make up for it. There is no doubt that I’ll be staying here again when I come back to visit!

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough!
Super Convenient Location:
It’s just a quick 2-minute drive from the middle gate of ZJJ Forest Park — so you can get in and out easily without any stress.
Amazing, Friendly Staff:
The team here made everything so easy for us. They helped us book our tickets and even gave us rides to and from the park every day, whenever we wanted. They really went out of their way to make us feel at home.
Delicious Food:
Breakfast and dinner were seriously tasty — the chefs really know how to cook!!!
Helpful and Caring:
They created a WeChat group for guests, which was super handy if we had questions or needed help in the forest. It’s such a comforting touch!
Sweet Surprise:
The staff kindly upgraded our room for free because one was available — that made our stay even more special! +++ gave us a free giftset too!!!
If you’re visiting ZJJ, this hotel is the place to be. We’ll definitely stay here again next time!!! 💕

We had a wonderful experience at Zhangjiajie Qishi Li Cave Homestay. The hotel contacted us days before arrival, arranged airport pickup, and even helped plan our visits to Tianmen Mountain, the Glass Bridge, and the National Forest Park. Our driver dropped us off to start sightseeing and brought our luggage to the hotel for us—such thoughtful service!
When we checked in, we were surprised with a honeymoon room upgrade. Although we chose our original room for a cozier feel, the gesture was incredibly kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location is perfect—about a 10-minute walk to the National Forest entrance.
The staff truly made our trip. They helped book all our tickets, gave clear directions, and even assisted with food delivery. Special thanks to Sunny for planning everything, and to the staff member who brought us grapes and oranges late at night when we were craving fruit 😂.
We’re recommending this hotel to everyone. Amazing service, great location, and unforgettable hospitality!

I stayed here with 3 other friends during my 6-day trip to Zhangjiajie. The manager on duty (almost 24/7) was Mr Zhong Han, who was probably the friendlist hotel manager I've ever met. On our first night, he gave us tips on the routes to take in Wulingyuan and reminded us about advanced ticket bookings for Tianmen Mountain. He also drove us to and from the Wulingyuan East entrance the first day until we were more familiar with ordering DiDis to get around. He even brought me to the local hospital after a minor mishap. He taught us how to use ******* to order food delivery to our room on days when we were too tired to go out to eat. His catchphrase was ”if you stay here, we're all friends!”. If personalized service is important to you, this hotel is 11 out of 10.
The family suite was also spacious, gorgeous, well-heated, and had a washing machine. Bedrooms were individually locked with your own keycard so that you can have privacy even among your group of friends. The beds were comfy and just the right stiffness for good back support. It was generally a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was actually at the hotel next door, but it was a decent hot buffet breakfast for the low low price of 20 yuan.
Cons:
The main thing that could use improving were the bathrooms. Each bedroom in the Family suite had a bathroom, but they did not all come with hand soap. The flooring of my bathroom wasn't well-levelled, so water spilled out of the shower area into the toilet area, and pooled there. There wasn't any bar or pole in the bathroom to hang a bath towel. Toilet rolls were tiny so they ran out quickly and we kept having to ask for replacements. The dining area also did not come with cutlery (chopsticks, spoons etc.) so you'd be quite limited in what kinds of food you can prepare and eat if you forget to get disposables from delivery.
It's worth noting that the location of the hotel isn't the most convenient if you plan to walk everywhere since it's about 4km away from the main Wulingyuan town. However we DiDi'd everywhere (and DiDi is super cheap) so it wasn't a big issue for us.

JJess and familyWe booked this hotel since it was closer to Tiamen mountain. Unfortunately the hotel is very far away from everything else and you don’t have any restaurants nearby except for the hotel restaurant.
When we booked this hotel we got an offer to get:
1 craftsman beer
100 yuan in didi tickets
2 tickets to an exhibition.
Even these we never received, the 100 yuan in didi (taxi) tickets we got when we asked for them and showed them the booking information and even though they saw the booking information in Chinese the didn’t get us the offer that we had paid for.
When we arrived at the hotel which is very grand and look very nice upon arrival they greeted us at the car which is expected for a hotel that grand but that was only the first day they did that. All other times when we got to the hotel no one greeted us, they were all busy talking to each other instead.
We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and even though we booked a family room where they know 4 people was staying they gave us only amenities such as towels etc for 2 people so every day we needed to wait and ask for 2 more towels before we took a shower.
We also booked excursions through the hotel to visit Grand Canyon and also Tiamen mountain and paid over 1600 yuan for the whole family with everything included. When we came to Grand Canyon we couldn’t experience what we were there for (the zipline) because it had weight restrictions and when we contacted the sales person from the hotel she didn’t take any responsibility and just blamed everything else instead of saying that she was sorry. The day after we visited Tiamen mountain and here we had also booked a ticket that should have included everything and when we came there it was hidden fees that the sales person from the hotel hadn’t told us. When we contacted her again it was the same response that she blamed everything else instead of taking responsibility for that she hadn’t told us everything that she needed to tell us.
No compensation was given by the hotel and no excuse. When we checked ut the staff said that they would be happy if we could give them a 5 star review and my response was that I will give you a review but it’s not going to be 5 star. When they asked us explain why we did and they blamed it on the language barrier which I don’t buy since all the messages and sales were done through translation app and also through WeChat were you can translate into your own language. It would have been so easy for the hotel to say I’m sorry and for example as a compensation from us you can go down to the buffé restaurant to eat dinner but instead they blamed everything else!
We are world travelers and have been to different cities both in China and also in different country’s around the world and this is one of the hotel were we feel that they had the worst service we have experienced. When we’re coming back we will not stay here again! A fancy hotel that can not live up to the expectations.

YYingCHNThe hotel location is pretty good, right in the city center, and there's a mall downstairs! All the dining, entertainment, and shopping options are very clean! The room is also quite clean, the bed is comfortable, and the service is great. Overall, I'm quite satisfied!

FFabianMartinWe stayed at the Jingxin Love Hotel for 3 nights and felt comfortable from the very first moment. We were contacted in advance to ask if we would like a shuttle service from the train station. We gladly accepted. The hotel team was very welcoming and showed us to our rooms. We had two rooms on the fifth floor, with windows facing the back side street, so it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious and varied, prepared with care. The staff were very attentive.
Dan Dan helped us upon arrival to plan tours for our two-day stay so that we could see as much as possible. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather on the second day; it rained the whole time, but we couldn't book a good weather guarantee with Dan Dan. The excursions were great; we were impressed by the beauty of nature in the mountains.
The large rooms were cozy and stylishly furnished, and it was very clean. The beds were perfect, not too hard and not too soft
At check-out, Shan Shan arranged another shuttle to the train station for us and gave us a very warm farewell.
This hotel gets full marks from us; we highly recommend it.

Owners make this place , daughter speaks some english but no issue ascthey use translators.
Upgraded me to Mountain view room! Allowed me do laundry and when I fell asleep aftet long day they hung it up to dry and brought to me. I felt so embarrassed but they smiled no trouble.
I extended my stay as the best experience and they even came out to the road so i knew route to the Cable car even though it was raining.

GGuest UserAs a newly married couple on a honeymoon, this hotel left us with perfect romantic memories. The intelligent guest control system creates a two-person world full of technology, and the toilet with heating and automatic cleaning functions allows us to completely relax after a long trip. Every morning, you can share a free and exquisite breakfast in the air garden full of flowers, and in the evening, you can walk ten minutes to the Wulingyuan landmark gate to enjoy the sunset. What surprised us the most was that the three cute cats seemed to know that we were newlyweds, and the little kitten would always tilt its head and curiously look at us, adding warmth and fun to our honeymoon trip.

KKim from Florida, USCherry at the front of the house was 5 star amazing. Not only did she communicate with me before my arrival to confirm everything was set, including my airpirt pick-up, but was also mine and and staffs right hand when it came to language barriers. She guided me how to return with booking another night when my flight got canceled and had me quickly and safely returned to the hotel. If promotability is an option she should be front of the house manager!
Monica was also a great facilitator for my stay and at the main restaurant. Beautiful voice ❤️.
Property was beautiful and additional nature exploration time should be planned to highlight it's beauty.
