Очень приятный бар в отеле, приличные завтраки, но очень дорогие, если оплачивать на месте, около 170 евро за 2 дня на двоих, при оплате вместе с номером цена приемлимая, удобное месторасположение. Красивый хол, здание - памятник архитектуры. На первом этаже номера с балконом.

Whilst the facilities of the room are good the communication is absolutely woeful. We tried for 3 days to contact the property after they sent the pre-registration email through ALL of their channels - email, Whatsapp and phone call with not one response. It came to the day of arrival and with no response we had to try via Trip.com and finally got to live chat with a person who then followed up with the hotel. Needless stress for us that could have been avoided with a simple reply. Whilst we had an enjoyable stay the public areas are very dark (the walls and ceiling are painted a very dark grey) and similarly in the bathroom of the room - seemed a very odd colour choice. Also, we could smell what others were cooking in their rooms. Finally, (not the hotels fault) but we had noisy neighbours in the room above and as the floors are timber we could here them (or their kids) making noise til 1 am. Overall, disappointed.

Best hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)

There were 2 things which were not in line with my expectations: The window in the room was blocked since the handle was removed, so we could not open the window for fresh air or emergency The airconditioning was very poor. Even when leaving it on, it took hours before the temperature came down from 26 degrees to 23 degrees. This is too high for sleeping. Regards Maurice Lansu room 217.

1. 위치: 빌바오 시내에 위치한 것은 아니지만, 대중교통 30분이내이고 버스정류장 바로 앞에 위치하여 이동하기 편했습니다. 2. 호텔시설: 매우 청결하게 관리되고 있고, 인테리어다 현대적이고 감각적이어서 너무 좋았습니다. 객실도 2일 내내 깨끗하게 유지되어 만족스러웠습니다. 헬스장을 아침 일찍 이용할 수 있어서 좋았고 웬만한 기구는 다 구비되어 있었습니다. 3. 빌바오에 다시 방문한다면 다시 선택할 것입니다.

Great location! Excellent restaurants around (remember to try Demaio fresh made pasta with organic ingredients in front of hotel!). Walking distance to metro station to access Bilbao estacion de autobuses, shopping galore! Highly recommend this hotel! Big room, big bathroom as in USA standards!

Hotel is in a great location, close to shopping district and close to bars and eateries.  Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a bath which is unusual but well received. About 20 mins in a taxi from Bilbao airport.  Service was good at check in/out.  Roof top bar is a nice offer with a variety of drinks.  I would stay here again.

This hotel is located by the river. It's very scenic. Room size is great. We can walk to attractions and restaurants within 2 km

Good location, you can get main sites by walk. Room is quite and clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast is average. Omelette was cold and too salted. We ordered fried eggs, but it was full of oil. But if you don’t eat eggs- you will enjoy this breakfast.

Это замечательное место: яркий дизайн и чистота. Стратегически расположено очень удобно: автовокзал находится прямо в том же здании под землей. Там же метро. Я жила на 10 этаже и весь город был как на ладони! Однозначно рекомендую!
