Pengguna TetamuBest hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)

Очень приятный бар в отеле, приличные завтраки, но очень дорогие, если оплачивать на месте, около 170 евро за 2 дня на двоих, при оплате вместе с номером цена приемлимая, удобное месторасположение. Красивый хол, здание - памятник архитектуры. На первом этаже номера с балконом.

The location is very convenient, only around a 10-minute walk from Bilbao city centre.
Breakfast was excellent, with both made-to-order options and a buffet. There was also a great variety of fresh fruit.
The front desk staff and breakfast team were all very friendly and welcoming.
Although my room faced a residential area, it was surprisingly quiet with almost no noise at all. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay here.

AlordeadGreat hotel right in the center of Bilbao. The museums are about a 10-minute walk away, the historical center is 10 minutes in the opposite direction. A bit pricey, but you can get a good deal if you’re flexible

The window in the room was blocked since the handle was removed, so we could not open the window for fresh air or emergency
The airconditioning was very poor. Even when leaving it on, it took hours before the temperature came down from 26 degrees to 23 degrees. This is too high for sleeping.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in for the price
I’m so glad we chose this one as it was a very comfortable room huge twin beds, very comfortable mattresses, pillows and bedding. One comfy arm chair plus desk chair, suitcase stands, glasses, mugs, kettle etc mini fridge , bottled water provided, excellent shower with quality fittings. Very quiet room and excellent location for the city centre and the river and metro & tram stops. Highly recommend

Hotel is in a great location, close to shopping district and close to bars and eateries.
Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a bath which is unusual but well received. About 20 mins in a taxi from Bilbao airport.
Service was good at check in/out.
Roof top bar is a nice offer with a variety of drinks.
I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect, especially considering it was one of the cheapest options available. The hotel offered great value for money, with clean rooms and good service. It is located a little distance from the city centre, bus station, and train station, but it was still manageable and worth it for the price. Overall, a very good stay and I would recommend it for budget travelers. ⭐👍
