The hotel is in a good location, only 5 mins walk from the Maastricht centrum station. It is facing the famous St. Servatius Bridge and is very accessible to all the main tourists attractions and dining places in the main town. I am also impressed by the various facilities in the hotel, eg, the gym room. I would definitely recommend other tourists (both business and leisure travel) to stay at this hotel.

Comfortable hotel with excellent service. Close to a railway station and very convenient for visiting the MECC and the MUMC. Breakfast was great. Only drawback was that the room was very hot due to lack of AC.

Very strange room layout, from door to the window is bed, wash area and desk. If the bed and wash area are exchanged their place it would be better. The best things are it’s good location, very close to Maastricht Station by 3 minutes walk away, and the good service from staff at reception, in particular Andre’ ( if I remember correctly the young man with golden curly hair). No slippers, but can borrow adapters and 2 bottles of water are provided in room.

Saya menempah bilik satu bilik mewah. Biliknya besar dan menyentuh Saiz hotel Eropah yang buruk semua orang tahu Sebenarnya, konsep hotel serupa dengan pangsapuri bersama. Reka bentuknya popular di industri Eropah Utara + dalam beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini, sesuai untuk selebriti dalam talian untuk mengambil gambar. Lokasinya hebat. Hanya perlu 10 minit untuk pergi ke pusat bandar untuk makan, minum dan membeli. Kafe di tingkat bawah, pasar raya organik, dan restoran dan kafe di sekitarnya Hotel ini dibina semula berdasarkan kilang pembakar porselin, jadi sangat bergaya dengan yang baru dan lama ~ Konsep ini memberi tumpuan kepada perkongsian ”pelajar”, jadi kakitangan perkhidmatan hotel lebih ramah dan santai Saya memberikan ais krim semasa mendaftar masuk. Attention to detail is what sticks. It was amazing experience the VIP Andre Package worth every cent. The staff at hotel were excellent especially the head Maitre d a terrific personality. It's a huge crowd to manage and serve. One comment, our table seating for main dinner meant we could not hear announcements or see orchestra playing. Perhaps a speaker around that corner would help as space is limited. Otherwise perfect and a high standard.

We had a five day stay at Dormio Maastricht. We stayed in one of the Penthouses. Well equipped and clean so that was a big positive. The penthouse had three big bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bubble bath and the other with a sauna and steam shower. There was also a barbecue, terrace heater, etc. So an overall great apartment! Even with a small nu nice bathroom in the basement. This can only be used by the apartments (8 in total so really private). The park itself has a nice bakery, bike rental, swimming pool and Spa. And they have a nice kids club with a daily program to help entertain the kids. Scattered throughout the park there are different play zones. Parking is easy and it’s location close to Maastricht is a big plus. Only reason not to go for five stars would be that there is no big inside play area which you see at many other family oriented holiday parks. Oh and for the foodies; there is a Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel on the park! Enjoy!

We spent two nights at this hotel. The room is small though comfortable. The location is convenient as it's walking distance to the town as well as Vrijthof where the Andre Rieu concert takes place and was the main reason for our visit. This is a lovely town, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and Maastricht. The staff at the Reception were very helpful in providing any information requested and with A Smile!

Black out curtains, air con etc. I got a great price for my two nights inc breakfast but otherwise I guess €32 would be a bit much for many. Only a short stroll to the old city but many restaurants closer than that. Can’t believe I had to pay so little for this gem.

The Hangout area and honesty bar in the lobby are lovely touches. Free good coffee available all day in the Hangout area. Take a few teabags with you if you're not a fan of fruit teas. Lots of great cafes just a short walk away for breakfast.

IIneke HaijerIk was een aantal dagen met mijn dochter in Maastricht . Ik had een kamer met 2 aparte bedden gereserveerd. Op de kamer bleek er een 2-persoonsbed te staan. Na navraag bij de receptie kregen we alsnog een andere kamer. Het zou fijn zijn als er op een 2-persoons kamer 2 stoelen zouden staan ipv 1. Bovendien misten we kastruimte voor onze kleding en een kastje of plankje in de badkamer voor onze toilettassen. Die hebben we op de grond gezet. Toen we na een dag lopen in de stad om een uur of vijf terug kwamen op de kamer om even rustig te zitten een een kopje koffie te drinken bleek de kamer nog niet schoongemaakt te zijn. Na melding bij de receptie kregen we een voucher voor een consumptie in de hotelbar. Netjes opgelost. De ligging van het hotel was prima, het was er rustig. Personeel bij de receptie en bediening in de bar was aardig.

We booked the grand room as advertised on ********** which was the largest room, with a city view and a large bath. We had been riding in torrential rain for hours and decided to treat ourselves. We were allocated one of the XL rooms, as soon as we walked it it was clear it was nothing like the photos and didn't even have a bath. Went down to question this with the staff. We we allocated a room with a bath. However this room was smaller than the first and had view of nothing really. Again I went to reception and asked why we weren't given the grand room we had booked. The man on reception said there was an error on the site, he said no XL rooms have a bath. I brought up the photo of the room we thought we had booked and asked where it is in the hotel and was told it isn't in the hotel. So save your money and don't bother trying to book the grand room, it doesn't exist. On going to bed we noticed the sheet on the bed has a hole in it. We have been offered complimentary breakfast and a partial refund to be confirmed in the morning. Oh and there's no washer & dryer to use, that was also advertised. We explained that we had booked this hotel for the specifics detailed on ********* if we had known it was false advertising we'd have booked elsewhere.

I loved the vibe of this hotel. You walk from the train station there, where you get welcomed by soup (mushroom soup) in my case,and limitless tea or coffee. I had a room on the 4th floor that had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and there was a desktop get some work done. The breakfast was OK, nothing wow but it was just fine.. I would definitely visit again!!!

A really lovely place - we had a very luxurious studio and really enjoyed staying there. Great attention to details ~ it had everything we wanted for a very comfortable stay. Exceptionally comfy bed. The grounds are divine right on the river and the location perfect. We got a taxi in to Maastricht for 15 euros and walked back along the river - very nice location but don’t walk unless you enjoy walking. It’s 45 mins. You can hire bikes too. We had a lovely champagne breakfast delivered to the room and it was so huge we made lunch from it too. Would most happily return for longer next time ~ it was perfect. Oh great parking and staff too! Thanks for a lovely stay. The free minibar was a nice touch.

KkennysilkeStaff very friendly and the hotel provides a very good breakfast to cater for everyone. The rooms are specious, quite basic with a very comfortable bed but do the job. The main criticism is that people coming in at night often speak very loud or are using video calls. The corridors and walls are thin and noise echos. It can be difficult to sleep but once things settle, you sleep well. I think it is a little overpriced for what it is. Other than this, a good place to stay.

Bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, good seating, easy car parking (should be free), friendly and efficient service. We had a meal in the restaurant - the drinks and food came super quick and dinner was very tasty (fish n chips). The waiter / chef was awesome - friendly, efficient, professional, quick, multi tasker and well presented. Only one issue with our stay - we had to run the shower for about 5 or more minutes before it got to the right temperature - pressure wasn’t that great.

Easy hotel is what it claims to be. Functional and cheap. Some reviewers comment on the small rooms, but that's clear on the website of the hotel. The reception is manned 24/7. There is a vending machine and coffee station at the reception. After check out one can use the large lockers for €3 to store any bags. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The rooms have nice showers and the temperature can be regulated too. For the price, the hotel is a good deal. Many rooms have wonderful views of the waterfront. An ideal base for a short trip to the city. Perfect for a single person or 2 people sharing the room.

GGina LeeuwBest prijzig voor zo'n hotelkamer. Het was een kleine kamer met een badkamer en toilet. Badkamer hangt alles scheef. Handoekenrekje hing uit de schroeven. Douche was vies van de kalk muren kon wel een verfje gebruiken. Hoofdsteun van het bed is kapot het leder was gebladderd. Het sprei op het bed was smoezelig. Bij de voordeur de deurklink was kapot als je er langs loopt moet je uitkijken dat je kleding niet kapot gaat. Erg duur voor zo'n kamer. Ontbijt was prijzig pp was wel lekker. Personeel is aardig. Voordeel je zit vlakbij het centrum van Maastricht
