PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was extremely clean. It was very updated and had all modern amenities. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to have a late check out. Great choices for the breakfast. Not one complaint. I will definitely return if I am in the area again!

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was amazing! The location was perfect for our family to access after the events we had planned this weekend! Close to food, gas and stores. The pool looked amazing! The checkin staff were nice and courteous as well. This will definitely be my family’s first choice when staying in Madison.

PPengguna TetamuGreat, and quiet, but TVs are worthless, I tried watching a movie they don't have Netflix or any apps so they aren't smart TVs.... I even went to buy. Google Chrome device to cast from my phone and wont work.
Wifi will only work on your phone.... it wont connect to other devices. Like a console

LLetericaVery clean!!! Bed was very comfy. Perfect location next to Walmart, gas stations and several food choices. Guest services was amazing and check out isn’t till 12!! This will be my first choice for a stay coming back to the area.

We have always found this hotel to be very quiet and clean, with comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, a warm and welcoming entrance and an incredibly friendly and helpful front-desk staff (Thanks Lucy!) Convenient location close to great shopping and many dining options— Great value, highly recommend!

PPengguna TetamuRoom needs to be cleaned, we found sunglasses and other items under bed, toilet was dirty under the rim. We saw mold in the bathroom also. The number of outlets in the room is not enough at all or close to where is needed.

WWinnielee27環境挨着高速公路，走路溜達出行不是很方便，開着窗户睡覺有點聲音，但是關上窗户就很安靜，這是我住過少有有嫩打開窗户的酒店，不用通過空調來換氣很舒服。房間早餐一般，酒店設施有點舊，但是衞生做得很乾凈，可以免費停車，後院很大一個停車場，很大幾棵樹，可以停在大樹下免得太陽曬着車子。服務人員也很熱情❤️

PPengguna TetamuThe staff was very friendly when I arrived, and checkout was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I also requested a 6am wake-up call, and they followed through right on time, which was very helpful.
My room was clean, the heater worked well, and overall I was happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the space.
A couple of downsides: there’s no elevator, so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs to my room. Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options to choose from.
The only other issue was the atmosphere in the common areas. While this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, there were a a few guests who made things feel a bit uncomfortable. One person was loudly arguing and swearing in the hallway and at the front desk, and another guest appeared to be staying long-term, scolding her kids and a baby running around the breakfast area in just a diaper. It gave the public spaces a slightly uneasy vibe, even though the staff handled things as best they could and were consistently kind and professional.
Overall, I had a clean and comfortable stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed a place in a pinch — I’d just keep expectations modest regarding amenities and the general lobby/hallway environment.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is excellent for my job. The pillows pretty much suck. They need to invest in new ones! The continental breakfast is lacking. Nothing hot but a toaster, waffle maker and coffee. They SOMETIMES have hard boiled eggs and danish.
