MMari E, RNMy daughters and I were very grateful to stay at this awesome place that was so clean and on point. Katasha at the front desk was amazing and really helped us troubleshoot shoot an issue with our reservation that was not their fault at all, absolutely went above and beyond. She was also very kind to my daughter who was going through a really tough time. Absolutely will stay again!!!

GG.ZombieThe hotel was good but also updated. Rooms were good clean and also nice fresh linen. Had a good and easy to adjust shower although the bathroom was pretty small as it included a toilet as well. Everything else was good. Breakfast was better than the previous hotels we stayed but can be better. Some breakfast items were not presented and there was no microwave so not possible the cook the oat porridge.

PPengguna TetamuNo extra service, just standard. They booked us 60+ on the fourth floor & then told us the elevator was not working! They were booked so nothing could be done. Glad one of us didn’t have a wheelchair! Disappointed in Sleep Inn, I expected a little more friendliness/welcoming. I also booked a non smoking room. When we finally climbed 4 flights of steps due to elevator broken, opened the door to the Room & it smelled smokey & the air conditioner was turned off! It was steaming hot in the room! I won’t be booking at this hotel anymore. Very disappointed Sleep Inn- Frederick, Maryland!!!
