Great stay overall with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Location was convenient and quiet at night. Check-in was smooth, and amenities were well maintained. Breakfast offered good variety and fresh options. Would definitely return and recommend to others for both business and leisure stays. Service exceeded expectations, making the experience pleasant, relaxing, and truly memorable throughout the visit.

For a short trip to Seattle, citizenM is a fantastic choice. The location is incredibly convenient—right near a Whole Foods and plenty of dining options, with Westlake Station, South Lake Union, Pike Place Market, and the waterfront all within easy walking distance. I loved the modern design of the rooms and enjoyed the classic American breakfast. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city!

I was looking for a hotel close to a friend's house and took a chance on the Best Western Plus. The area I was in is known to me and frankly, I wasn't looking forward to staying in that area, but I am glad I did. The hotel is only two floors and as it is an older property it was suggested that I stay on the second floor for less noise. I did stay there during the week so that may have helped with the noise level. The room was very clean and the view to the golf course was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good, make your own pancakes via the machine in the photos listed. A washer and dryer, coin operated, was available for use. A gym and a small snack area were also available. **They do not have a shuttle, but are still close to the airport and right on the golf course. A Chinese restaurant and an Irish pub were close by. I was told to try the pub, but thought I would go in for some American-style Chinese. Give it a miss. I should have. Irish next time. ***QUICK NOTE*** Wi-fi IS available in the rooms. In the description it read only in the common areas, but it is free and available in the guest rooms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!! The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

The receptionist was kind enough to let me check in even though I reached at 12pm! The room is big and clean. It even has a coin laundry too, which is a major plus. The cafe next to the hotel has nice and affordable food. However, the sound proofing can be improved as I can hear people walking past my room.

Two big beds, three for three. Good morning. The supply will begin at six o'clock. Check out super fast. Many of the choices to go to Rainier Snow Mountain live here, driving to the snowy mountains for about an hour. The surrounding supermarket Ole is very close. Eating is also convenient.

Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. The staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit. Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall. The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.

Lobby smelling because you open the Thai and Chinese restaurant that make more smell at the lobby The carpet look so old and dirty every where ,lobby , haul way , in the bed room ,lucky the bed and the toilet look clean The car that bring us to the hotel and the airport , inside need to remodel all the seats look so old and dirty , all interior need to make a new one . In the room you should have refrigerator , the cashier or front desk people are not good service mind at all .
