I will say I was not impressed with this stay first of all the master bedroom door would not shut all the way nor would it lock so it kept constantly opening the air at night would turn off, even though we set it on 71 and it would get very hot at night it was not comfortable to sleep. Also, the room that I originally booked, which was a two bedroom suite with king beds in both rooms, they told me upon checking in that they no longer had that room, but they upgraded me to a better room. However, the room that they put us in, the living room was much much smaller like the size of a postage stamp and was not comfortable to hang out, and there was more room in the entryway in hallway then there was in the rest of the room. The waitresses we had at the pool were not friendly nor accommodating so overall I would say that this day was not that great and I would probably not come back for the price tag. I spent $1100 with Florida discount to stay one night it was not worth it

PPengguna TetamuIt was a first time stay at a Fairfield Inn and it will not be our last. We gratefully appreciated the early check-in, as we seniors drove over 3 1/2 hours. The location is excellent and the Inn easy to find, along with the parking. The hotel lobby, elevators, and rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were given a nice, quiet room, too. We did not use the swimming pool, but it looked from afar. We also did not stay for the continental breakfast, as we met family at a close restaurant. The room was equipped with a small coffee maker and a refrigerator, which made out stay more comfortable. The hotel staff was accommodating in moving us to a new room in a quiet area and very pleasant.

However, the reservations I made included breakfast for two for two days, and it was awkward to acquire the breakfast portion of my reservation. Instead, the hotel gave me a $20.00 per day credit for one guest for breakfast. Also upon check-out, I was not provided a room receipt - so I am not sure what to use for my expense report, and I do not know what I have been actually charged for. This reservation arrangement was not what I expected and I doubt very seriously if I will use this service again. It was embarrassing and I am especially uncomfortable with what I will be charged.

Location is good for the city. Parking available at a charge.
Breakfast was not very good, no order, children picking up food with fingers and even putting back, dirty plates left on the door countertops. This really was disappointing as the rooms were so nice and clean.
However many noisy guests throughout the night, slamming of doors, also a lot of dogs staying and they barked a lot. No one came to rectify this.
Would possibly stay again if we could get a floor with no dogs, and knew security sorted out noise and would skip breakfast!

PPengguna TetamuLa habitación en general estaba limpia, excepto la nevera que tenía un poco de arena de playa, solicité un microondas y una rollaway bed, eso llegó enseguida, pero el microondas estaba asqueroso.
La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, allí hay salida directo hacia la playa, el estacionamiento es un costo adicional por noche, también cobran un fee adicional que te incluye cierto servicio básicos, no te incluye sombrillas, es bueno saberlo para que no sea una sorpresa. La atención en front desk pareciera robotizada pero el resto del personal hacen una gran diferencia. En general fue una experiencia grata poder olvidarte de manejar e ir caminando hacia la playa, boulevard, restaurantes todo está cerca.

PPengguna TetamuNice bay view at upper floors. Very clean. Housekeeping great. Room big and comfortable with good energy. Room shows still damage from water from hurricane Milton. A Hilton room should be more updated. Nothing worth in the room for a deposit of several hundreds of Dollars. Anyway, had a great stay and enjoyed the location. Lobby great for a business meeting. Also good to work in the room, big office table and comfortable office chair.

SShayna0Loved our stay here, we booked some other place as we arrived in to town 1 day and they didn't have space but the other place was awful. Sirata staff were so friendly, we loved the bicycles to ride around, the rooms were clean and the amenities were great. We only stayed 3 days but from what we saw the entertainment was fun. Good tio
