TThe Sean FamilyThe cruise is very nice and clean. The room is spacious and has very nice view. The service is good. They have activities for guests to enjoy like kayaking, cooking class, and dark and bright cave visit. The food provided is somehow decent for me comparing to the price I paid. For 2 days 1 night, they provided a buffet lunch, a set menu dinner and light breakfast and brunch on Day 2. But overall, it was a good experience.

Brand new hotel, immaculately maintained, with attention to detail in every detail, from design to service. Gorgeous heated pool, private beach. Magnificent breakfast, generous selection, and exquisitely prepared dishes—few 5-star hotels offer such attention to detail. I recommend having an early dinner at the restaurant; they offer excellent dishes with attention to detail. We also tried the spa services, which were also excellent.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful, professional, and attentive. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, and are generous with their service.
Beautiful, elegant room with an unforgettable view of Ha Long Bay. From the room, you can admire a unique sunset.
We chose to stay here after an intense trip to northern Vietnam and the Ha Long Bay cruise, and we wanted to stay nearby before returning home. It's an impeccable place in every way. I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserPerfect stay before halong bay cruise. Clean, spacious rooms, nice bar & service. Good gym, spa and nice pool (frontal view is blocked a bit by a new construction, but didn't bother us). Excellent breakfast. We had an inland facing room (quiet), away from the music of the beach club.

GGuest UserThe service is very good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, and the CP value of living in a villa is high. It is not far from the night market and theme park, and it is within walking distance. The only disadvantage is that there is no dressing table.

GGuest UserAmazing pool and good hotel gym. Nice golf course right on the doorstep and good view from all rooms. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff could be more attentive.
Ha Long Bay is just a short taxi ride away if you want to explore the city.

SShirley Chong Choon LangMy family enjoyed ourselves very much on Rita Cruise which we were switched from Alisa cruise on Ha Long Bay due to unforeseen circumstances. We were promptly informed by Mr Tony Pham, C.O.O. of the company. Transportation from hotel till check-in was smooth. Mr Alex and Mr Happy on Rita cruise made sure all guests were taken care of during the cruise. Food was plenty and well prepared. Activities were reasonable and varied. Kayaking and caves viewing in a boat were enjoyed by all. I had an experience in cooking class on board. My hubby and daughter had fun in squid fishing. The presidential suite we stayed in was amazing. I enjoyed the jacuzzi,massage chair and having fun at the mini golf on the balcony. It was a memorable and unforgettable trip for us. Thank you to Mr Tony for the souvenirs and for constantly checking to make sure we are fine. The gesture is very much appreciated. Check out these cruises if ever in Hanoi.

WWorldisabeautifulplaceBeautiful hotel interior, stunning views, service is great and speak English. Rave parties at the beach affect hotels in this location. No regulations to keep sound down after 11am. Could not fall asleep until 1am, when the sound finally stopped. Would love to stay again, but city should sort this noise factor out.

CChina ReisenderThe location in that city I think is very good regarding sea view, some restaurants outside and you are very close to the ships leaving (it depends what you want... if you like City-like stay, you have to choose ankther locations but I think anyway the places are not so far away and easy to get everywhere (ok maybe in main season not so easy)
The hotel gave me immediately an upgrade, teh room was extremely big, clean ,the view very good. All you need, and breakfast was also okay. The only thing: there's an open disco 1 km away, very very loud still.. so I went to that place to check (in anger) but I found out: actually a nice place to visit, sitting outside at the beach hahaha so not that bad.
Tip: regarding the ships, they all folow the same route and stop at same places, but have very very differing prices ..
