Ulasan Toyoko Inn Hachinohe Ekimae

I specifically stayed one night in Hachinohe to visit Tanesashi Coast. Toyoko Inn is a chain hotel, and it includes breakfast. You might have to queue during peak dining hours, but overall, it's pretty much the same as any other Toyoko Inn. It's close to the station; you can see it on your left as you exit.

The self-check-in experience was quite novel, haha. It's very close to Hachinohe Station, and since it's a new station in a small city, the surrounding environment is very pleasant. Overall, it was a good experience, but the carpet cleaning could be improved as there were noticeable stains. Although breakfast is free, you get what you pay for – it was very basic. However, the lobby offers free coffee and a microwave to heat up food bought from the supermarket, which is a nice touch. All in all, for the price, it's decent enough for a one-night stay.

Very convenient location. Less than 5 minutes walk from train station. Room is small but comfortable.

A typical Tokyo hotel that you will expect, clean, close to JR station and reliable service. But in terms of things to do, it is quite a way from the town and it takes me 40 minutes to walk to the fish market (see picture).

The breakfast is delicious, it's close to the station, and free luggage storage is available from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. People allergic to smoke should avoid booking "smoking" rooms, as the lingering smell will still be present.

Turn left at the East Exit of Hachido Station and walk 200 meters to reach the hotel. The Toyoko Hotel's facilities and services are quite good, meeting standard standards. Check-in and check-out are very convenient using the self-service machines. The buffet breakfast is decent, although the variety isn't extensive, it has everything you need to eat your fill. There are supermarkets nearby, and the hotel offers parking and self-service luggage storage. Overall, I am very satisfied.

We headed north along the Pacific coast of Tohoku, seeing various scenes from the disaster-stricken areas before arriving at the hotel. It was a day filled with eating lots of delicious food.

The front desk staff were very helpful and provided excellent guidance.
