I recently stayed at EconoLodge and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. Despite being a budget-friendly option, the room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The value for money was excellent, and the friendly staff added to the positive experience.

This hotel was well off the ”beaten trail” so I saved a bit of money compared with hotels close to the Interstate. The room was nice, but tired -- peeling paint, water stains, worn carpet, broken hair dryer. The bathroom was stocked with just one small bar of soap to serve both the sink and shower. There was no bath rug to use against the cold tile floor so I used a towel. Overall it was one of those ”you get what you pay for” deals. While the hotel presents as a 3-4 star on the outside, inside it felt more like a budget motel.

I Loved the hotel. Very clean and quite. Staff attentive and friendly. Fitness center was clean and foremost they had Coin Laundary. This helps a lot. Also Wifi helped me for work which was very smooth, no breakups in my Zoom Calls. I will be returning next week. I shall recommend my co-workers to come here too.

去的時候趕上東部颱風和下雨，但是這個酒店可以說是住的比較完美的一個酒店了，在高速的出口，旁邊是奧萊，有商場，有沃爾瑪，有很多吃飯的飯店，酒店的早餐也非常的豐盛，有蛋餅，有牛肉餅，這個是最近旅途的最好的一個酒店了！

品牌服務管理水平較穩定。內部設施定位中檔家庭出遊，冰箱、微波爐、鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全。停車免費。疫情期間，早餐可以拿回房間或外帶，服務很人性化。這一家保持了該品牌的一貫水準，作為匹茲堡和華盛頓的中轉站，值得入住。

We stayed here in a king suite. Unfortunately although I requested a quiet our room was extremely noisy next to the highway. The room was otherwise comfortable. We were just too tired from a daylong drive to complain or change rooms. If quiet is important make sure that's what you get before leaving the reception area. The breakfast was inedible - - truly awful. This hotel is convenient to the highway and a restaurant is within walking distance. I would not stay here again.

I wrote a review of this hotel almost exactly one year ago. It's still a solid choice for a short stay. It's just a bit more aged. You'll see stains on the carpets, dings in the furniture, and a few more signs of a hotel facing the same staffing challenges all others are facing. It's clean, comfortable, and well-manged in spite of these things. One thing that has not changed is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They go out of their way to make check-ins, check-outs and requests efficient. They do it with a smile and it makes you feel very welcomed. A few minor things to know if you're wondering whether to stay here: The pool is in a semi-permanent state of ”under repair.” So if that's important to you, you may want to opt for the Springhill Suites next door. The Courtyard is a bit more tailored to the needs of business travelers than the Springhill next door. It has a larger lobby and cafe area with more seating. Since they don't offer a ”free” breakfast like the Springhill and their rates are a few dollars higher, the Courtyard tends not to attract as many large groups like high school and college sports teams or tours. Overall, it's one of the best options if you're passing through Hagerstown.
