We had a great stay. Hotel had a indoor pool which was awesome. Hot breakfast in the morning and staff was super nice. The only con would be they dont do housekeeping unless to stay 3 or more nights. You have to get towels and anything else you may need from the front desk. But overall I'll rate my stay a 4 out of 5.

Came into town to visit family for a few days, and Cassandra at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, even gave us some coupons to use at the pizza place next door. Pancake maker wasn't working, which wasn't a big deal because they had other items we enjoyed. Other than that our stay was great, very clean property and having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash already in the shower was a plus...less to pack, which I love!! Definitely recommend 👌

What a real hidden gem. My husband is a strong supporter of Rails to Trails bike trails. We wanted to do a few segments of The Western Maryland Rail Trail. Found this beautiful old inn right over the Maryland border in PA. Gorgeous architecture. Tomi, the innkeeper was wonderful. Our room keys were ready and she even let us store our bikes in a back hall. Our room was very clean and comfortable. A bonus was a full size Kerug coffee maker right on the massive second floor landing. Was great to have a cup to wake up before going down to breakfast. We were given forms to fill out with breakfast selection and time for the next morning. Everything was ready when we entered the breakfast room. Ramsay our server was a sweetie. Byron’s Dining Room at the inn is beautiful and we had a fabulous meal. Be aware it is only open Thursday to Saturday. We arrived on a Tuesday and promptly made our Thursday reservation. Awesome pool table in the basement game room and we played every night. Only thing I would mention is that we were in room 5. Nanny’s Room. Beautiful room, period furniture. It was not a problem for us because I’m petite and my husband average size but the shower is very tiny. If you are a larger person I would choose a different room. According to the binder in the room, this room and the one next door used to be connected by a bathroom which was split in two. We definitely plan to return to cycle in the fall and will be our “ go to” place for skiing at Whitetail in the winter.

PPengguna TetamuI wrote a review of this hotel almost exactly one year ago. It's still a solid choice for a short stay. It's just a bit more aged. You'll see stains on the carpets, dings in the furniture, and a few more signs of a hotel facing the same staffing challenges all others are facing. It's clean, comfortable, and well-manged in spite of these things. One thing that has not changed is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They go out of their way to make check-ins, check-outs and requests efficient. They do it with a smile and it makes you feel very welcomed. A few minor things to know if you're wondering whether to stay here: The pool is in a semi-permanent state of ”under repair.” So if that's important to you, you may want to opt for the Springhill Suites next door. The Courtyard is a bit more tailored to the needs of business travelers than the Springhill next door. It has a larger lobby and cafe area with more seating. Since they don't offer a ”free” breakfast like the Springhill and their rates are a few dollars higher, the Courtyard tends not to attract as many large groups like high school and college sports teams or tours. Overall, it's one of the best options if you're passing through Hagerstown.

Friendly staff was what greeted us when we checked in. They were fast in getting us into the system and into our rooms. This place is centrally located and quite near a mall...like practically in the mall's parking lot and surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. The bad. Do not believe **********. This place does not have a HotTub. We're not sure if people are getting thrown by Hotels.com's description of a ”Spa Tub”...which could be either a fancy five-dollar word for hot tub, or there's a suite in here that has a ”cuddle and bubble” suite, or that the bath tubs are large enough to lay comfortably in. Either way, if you're looking to soak tired bones in steaming hot water...you're sadly out of luck. The other nitpick is that the actual website for this hotel says that the indoor pool is heated. When we tried, we found out that it was heated perhaps by the ambient temp of the pool room itself. The water was about ocean temp. For Maryland's Eastern Shore, in Early June. Our inner child was saying ”Ah! Just sink in and get used to it” while our outer adults were putting on their best Leonard ”Bones” McCoy impersonation and saying ”Are you out of your Vulcan mind Spock?” That was a bit of a bummer but a nitpick at worst. The rooms were well cleaned and maintained, the beds were comfortable, and for once the pillows were actually soft and fluffy while actually having more support than a folded T-Shirt. Breakfast was nothing special, just typical breakfast stock prepared well. Eggs were good, sausage was tasty, they had bacon (which would forgive a far greater number of sins), individual quiches that were yummy and they had the assortment of cereals, hot oatmeal and plenty of fixin's as well as the waffle maker which is always a welcome sight at breakfast. So other than the pool issue...this is a nice place to stay.

DDhasp27Nice little place if you need a quick room for the night while passing through. Rooms are a bit outdated. Old carpet and some wear and tear to the walls and heating/cooling unit, but the friendly staff and comfortable bed makes up for all of that. Would recommend.

PPengguna TetamuI Loved the hotel. Very clean and quite. Staff attentive and friendly. Fitness center was clean and foremost they had Coin Laundary. This helps a lot. Also Wifi helped me for work which was very smooth, no breakups in my Zoom Calls. I will be returning next week. I shall recommend my co-workers to come here too.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was well off the ”beaten trail” so I saved a bit of money compared with hotels close to the Interstate. The room was nice, but tired -- peeling paint, water stains, worn carpet, broken hair dryer. The bathroom was stocked with just one small bar of soap to serve both the sink and shower. There was no bath rug to use against the cold tile floor so I used a towel. Overall it was one of those ”you get what you pay for” deals. While the hotel presents as a 3-4 star on the outside, inside it felt more like a budget motel.

Was very clean. Nice hotel for stay. Wifi was excellent. Serves hot breakfast. Has fitness center. Friendly staff. Beds were clean and comfortable. Was as able to part my Large Tractor Trailer. Big Parking lot and Well lit. Just 2 miles off i-81 and I-70. Lots of restaurants nearby and a mexican grocery store in the same bldg.
