Hotel Hai Duong dengan Gim

Nam Cuong Hai Duong might be a land mark of this area, the hotel is big but net and warm. My room was spacious and well appointed. Food was delicious, breakfast has many choices of Asian and Western food. The real germ of this hotel is the staff. Their English are limited but they really can go a thousand miles to help. Very attentive and polite, I love their smiles since I knew it from hearts not copy and paste ones. Thanks Nam Cuong Hai Duong and will see you in the near future.

帶早餐，乾淨，安靜。位置好，很好找。空調，熱水，都有。性價比高，每晚2百多人民幣，非常棒，下次還來。

Room was nice but the staff was super rude I asked late check out and hotel staff allowed to use the room until 13:00 And today wasn’t same staff and they after 11:30 the staff endless knocking and calling , and saying need to get out the room right now , so I explained the checkout time is 1pm ,and the staff said before 1pm I checked out 12:57 and my friend got out the room 13:00 and check out 13:03 The female staff asked 430,000 vnd for 1,2minutes late Haiduong was nice place and the people was lovely but my trip was totally unsuccessful for the one young lady

My stay at the Purple Lotus Hotel was wonderful. This is a new and very clean hotel and my ”Junior Apartment” was very clean, comfortable, spacious (living area with kitchenette and sperate bedroom), and affordable. The free breakfast had a lot of different food items from which to select and was delicious. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant for two evenings which was also very good. But the best part of my stay was the customer service. Prior to my arrival, the hotel staff arranged a car service to pick me up at the airport in Hanoi and bring me to the hotel. After my stay at the hotel I planned to go to Ha Long Bay (a beautiful UNESCO site) because it's not too far away. Again the hotel arranged my car service transportation to Ha Long Bay and then also from Ha Long Bay to the airport in Hai Phong. They coordinated pickup times and locations with me even two days after I had already checked out of their hotel - it was the fantastic staff at Purple Lotus Hotel that made my travel plans a success and my stay in their hotel a great experience!
