Should be the best hotel in this town. The staff Jason Liu made me a smooth and comfortable stayover. The room is clean and spacious. They have robots delivering food delivery so it’s convenient and safe. Definitely come again visiting Haifeng.

Overall we feel comfortable and hotel is cleaniness. However Room Keeper is not detailed enough to refill the body lotion and reception doesn't offer if we will consider their breakfast buffet.

Hotel Location is good, Pillow case and quit cover should request to change as default one were dirty Shower water pressure not good enough However service is good in total.

THIS IS MY 3RD TIME STAYING HERE, THIS TIME I FELT MUCH COMFORTABLE DUE HOTEL SUPPORTS A LOT ABOUT MY CHANGING CHECK IN DATE DUE TO ON ARRIVAL FLGIHT WAS DELAY AND I AM NOT ABLE TO CHECK IN ON THE DAY OF MY BOOKING. SO I INFORMED HOTEL AND THEY HELP TO CHANGE MY CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT SCHEDULE . VERY SMOOTH DURING CHECK AND EVERYTHING GOES WELL THIS TIME EVEN THERE IS COMMUNICATION PROBLEM BUT TRY TO SOLVE IT IN INTERNATIONAL WAY. SPECIAL THANKS TO THE YOUNG BOY WHO HELP ME TO EXPLAIN IN ENGLISH IN VERY WELL DURING COMMUNICATION WITH STAFFS. I WISH HE WILL BE THE NEW GENERATION OF THE HOTEL OWNER ( AS HE'S ONE OF THE OWNER SONS HERE ) . THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE HERE . SOON I WILL BE BACK AGAIN .

I am really love this place! This is my 4th time visit here and always choose here! All staffs are good especially Harry Ma. He is so kind and helpful with service-mind. I am foreigner and can not speak english. So, he helps me solve the problem. I am really appreciate. Recommend this hotel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
