位置極佳，離騎樓老街很近，這裏交通便利，四通八達，出行便利，去假日海灘，萬綠園，火車站等都有直達公交車。衞生條件也很好，房間乾淨整潔，置物架都很乾凈，沒有灰塵。早餐也不錯，自助的，種類也很多。服務也很好，酒店人員都會主動打招呼，前台小勞服務態度非常熱情，及時解答各種問題，有需要還會告訴你旅遊指南以及哪裡可以買水果哪裡有免税店，哪裡有海南特色小吃哪裡有夜市等等…很棒！！很滿意的一次住宿體驗

I was shocked when a room service staff flung opened my door (my 2nd day)when I was changing to go out. My door was locked from inside, the Do not disturb was on but the staff opened the door without even warning. I was in my underwear, she, claimed she did not see the sign.. I was so shocked ,the door was locked from inside. I didnt know service staff could just opened Guest rooms at her own discretion, voice my displeasure to the Manager on my way out but she did get back to me after claiming her staff opened my door even though my Do not disturb was on, sbecause Guests sometimes press that button wrongly. I am really disappointed with their approach. The room service staff wasn't really apologetic and insisted she didn't see the Do not disturb sign! She should have made very sure before opening my door with her set of keys. Imagine the worst, if it was a couple in room and she just flung opened the door!

The location is very good. near most of the tourist attractions such as the clock tower, jilou old street, the century park, the century bridge, cloud hole library, the winv park. The room is clean and comfortable with smart IT interactive features. The staff are well manner and helpful. Good for short stay.

Good clean hotel. Breakfast was simple but adequate to tide you over till lunch. Location is next to the Seaview international shopping centre which is ok if you need a local mall to walk around. It’s walking distance to the old street which was a plus.

The place is at the great location of Haikou, on the old street. You can find anything you want there. It is close to the electric bicycles if you want to cycle somewhere. The place is also accessible by car. The rooms were clean, the toilets either. There were shower appliances too. There is a coffee shop downstairs with multiple seats and electric plugs if you need to work. In the evening, the bar is opened with live music. The only downside was maybe the tenants who liked to listen to the Tiktok music or watch videos loud. But, compared to other places I went in China, it was a very minor issue. Recommend to everyone!

Location is good with lots of clothing stores and a couple of small shopping malls just across the street. 5 minutes walk from the Qi lou lao jie tourist area, where there are also lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Hotel staff were very helpful, they even let me use their washing machine on the top floor. Room was clean and good for the price. Wifi was fast and internet tv had a good selection of programs and movies. 位置很好，酒店对面有很多服装店和几个小商场。步行 5 分钟即可到达 骑楼老街旅游区，那里还有很多商店、餐馆和咖啡馆。酒店工作人员非常乐于助人，他们甚至让我在顶楼使用洗衣机。房间很干净，这个价位很好。Wifi速度很快，互联网电视有很多节目和电影。

The service provided by the staff was great and they were kind to address any issues that I had. The breakfast options were plentiful and they tasted great. I was slightly disappointed when I found out that there wasn't a mini fridge and that the tv network reception was questionable (the screen froze very often). The glass frosting film for the toilets could be improved i.e. cover up a larger area. Imagine bunking with your pals and you could see him/her taking a dump, not a pretty sight. The air-conditioning controller was very frustrating to use as the touchscreen was not responsive. Perhaps it could be replaced with a new unit or a different unit with some physical buttons instead?

Perkhidmatannya sangat bersemangat, persediaan pakai bilik sangat lengkap, kain alkohol sekali pakai, set tandas pakai buang, selipar boleh guna, dan lain-lain, hubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu, pelayan datang dengan cepat, biliknya bersih dan bersih, ada pencucian yang sepadan mesin, diskaun sarapan pagi Bagus, sarapan enak, ada pelayan untuk memasak mi untuk anda, satu-satunya kelemahan adalah bahawa penghawa dingin agak bising di luar, dan air panas di bilik mandi datang lewat, saya harap dapat diperbaiki!

Almost ok except my room the tv not work call housekeeping to fixed they fixed aout one hour and tell me not work and give me to remote stand on behind tv to select tv channel and til to mid light and no excuse but anyway to front counter staff is very nice to answer my all question is ok next time will come. Again.
