酒店在海口比較著名，和出租車司機一説都知道在哪裡，事先就電話聯繫瞭解對客房的要求，還加了微信，有專屬服務。酒店不算新，設施維護得還可以，因為一些原因，專屬服務立即響應，從商務大床房一路步步高昇到商務套房，馬桶也是智能的，有咖啡機，一個人住很奢侈。説説早飯，週六早上的品類明顯比周四周五早上好，但是，週四週五是春節期間，人最多，酒店應該適當調整下，不要恪守死板的週一到週五簡單，週六週日豐富，週六是2.17，人很少了，早飯缺最豐富，海鮮粥是個亮點，果汁是榨的，還有自助清涼補，吃個早飯，趣味性十足。酒店離日月免税店很近，過個馬路5分鐘到，購物很方便。補充一個，咖啡膠囊的品牌蠻好的，很濃郁，我馬上去淘寶下單也買了。

整體還行，出差住宿一晚，經濟型酒店，大堂在一樓，樓上應該是好幾家連鎖酒店共用一棟樓，前台和樓上酒店是分開的。旁邊就是全季，一樓其他家在裝修大廳。早餐比較簡單，房間倒是挺新的，但我住的那間淋浴沒有熱水，洗澡有點點涼（早晚都用了，放很久很久水温都沒上去），洗漱台水温更高。

Staffs were friendly and able to assist how to use the local mobile application for payment. Room was clean and hotel also come with free washing machine where you can do your laundry. Location was about 10-15min walk to the famous 椅樓old quarters. Surrounding area have a lot of shopping where you won’t be feel so bore at the hotel surrounding.

AARC5555he Hilton Haikou is a very well located hotel and probably one of the best in Haikou. On arrival there was a heavy rainfall which caused me to get quite wet walking from the taxi to the hotel entrance. I booked the room online via trip for me and my travel companion with the payment in hotel option. Online-Prepayment was not possible. On check in, given that I was very wet because of the rainshower I was quite unsatisfied with the service. First there was apparently some issue, wether I or my companion booked the room because the order of names on the booking showed my name in second place. Also my companion wasnt with me at that time because of a one day delay. In my opinion it shouldnt be a matter who booked the room since both of our names were given, regardless of the order. This issue took some extra time which is very inconvenient if you are dripping wet and just want to rest. Secondly when it comes to payment instead of the 1959 RMB, 2000 RMB were deducted from my WeChat account without any communication about the deviation. I also only realized it later when I already arrived the room and was very confused what the 41 RMB were for. Like I said it has not been communicated to me at all. Maybe a tip or was it meant as a deposit? (Even though it would appear to be a very odd deposit amount and tipping in China is not a thing) I guess from a 5 Star Hilton I could expect accuracy and clear communication when it comes to payment. Which brings me to another downside. Even though my Mandarin is sufficient enough, I was very surprised that at a Hilton of this price category none of the staff at check in nor other employees were able to speak English. So for foreigners who dont speak Chinese this would be a bit difficult.
The next day I went down to reception again to ask about the 41 RMB and was offered a refund, yet the reason why it has been deducted in the first place still remains unknown to me.
Another small issue appeared at breakfast when I asked one of the waitresses where the tea/ teabags is/are located. I formulated my request precisely in Chinese and the lady was just behaving awkward and walked away. I thought maybe still something would happen, but 10 minutes later still nothing. Luckily I was able to find the overseeing waitress, asked her the same question and found out that the Teabags are not openly presented at the buffet (Which is an unexpected inconvenience for a 5-Star hotel yet again, + the tea choices are very limited)
My last complaint is the minibar. I have been at budget hotels before, which offered a free minibar which is refilled every day. Why are there so many things in this Hotel with a hefty price tag. This appears not welcoming given the cost of this Hotel. Especially the price-tag of minibar drinks is outrageous. For example 0.33L Tsingtao Beer 28 RMB…. Speechless. In every shop around you get 0.5L for less than half the price. Now that all my complaints about the service have been mentioned, lets move on to the many upsides of the Hilton:
-Great location and rooms
-Very good breakfast buffet with many choices
-Even better dinner buffet (298RMB/Person)
-Great panorama view
-luxurious
-Some of the staff still did a great job, which is why I still give a 3/5 rating, regardless of previous issues.

They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the well-thought-out layout of the room, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.
Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Western and Chinese dishes, ensuring there was something to suit every palate. 2. Ruang mandi, tandas dan cuci tangan diasingkan dari kawasan basah dan kering! Dan bilik airnya agak baik. Saya tidak tahu sama ada hotel ini baru diubah suai. Kemudahan bilik mandi kelihatan sangat bersih, tiada kesan air, dan ia kelihatan agak selesa. Saya juga bersedia untuk mandi dengan baik di sini. Sinki itu mungkin diperbuat daripada batu tulis, dan jubin lantai kelihatan seperti terrazzo, yang merupakan bahan hiasan yang sangat popular sejak beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini.
Di samping itu, peralatan tempat tidur bersih, lampu biasanya terang, dan pada harga ini, mereka juga memberi kami sarapan pagi untuk dua orang, yang merupakan kejutan yang tidak dijangka!
Bagi persekitaran luaran, hotel ini dikelilingi oleh persekitaran yang serupa dengan vila kecil. Ia tidak begitu hebat di luar hotel, tetapi ia cukup bagus di dalam hotel. Ia boleh dilihat bahawa pereka di sini mempunyai citarasa yang baik, dan saya dan ibu saya menyukainya.
Hotel ini juga menyediakan makanan dan minuman dengan perbelanjaan anda sendiri, yang tidak mahal. Malangnya, sepanjang kami tinggal, mereka tidak buka dan kami tidak sempat makan. Tidak banyak tempat makan di kawasan sekitar yang agak menyedihkan.
Pendek kata, keberkesanan kos keseluruhan adalah sangat tinggi. Pada titik harga ini, ia boleh dikatakan paling memuaskan. Saya pasti akan memilih tempat ini lagi lain kali saya datang ke Haikou.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel is well linked to the airport. Free shuttle to Terminal 2, be sure to ge there early to secure a seat. Hotel amenities are child centric as we have booked a family room. Room service is quick too. Only downside is having only 1 check-in counter.

TTee JuonService staff were helpful and shared information politely on request. One male staff also helped us to order food delivery and sent to our room, together with food that he helped to reheat. He was also thoughtful enough to provide cutlery for us. Housekeeping team was helpful and topped up the amenities daily as we did not require daily cleaning. I can see no-smoking signs around, yet the corridor outside was often filled with cigarette smoke from other guests. The beds were too firm and soundproofing was poor. I could hear music from the morning exercise from the park across the street and other guests who were talking along the corridor.

PPengguna TetamuCame here with friends for CNY. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the room was really spacious. The bathtub really sold this room for me. Simply amazing. The beach is right across the street which can be a big plus but unfortunately, the weather was not the best so I didn't visit at all. The downside of this location is its a bit away from bars and restaurants nothing is walking distance. The staff was really nice and two people were able to assist in English. I forgot the names but they were super helpful.

MMK83I do not recommend this hotel unless you are just going to sleep there only. If you plan to spend anytime in the hotel room, order food, or even just think that someone will come and bring fresh towels then stay somewhere else. The location is great. In the past I've stayed at this hotel before and it was much better. It has fallen a lot. The service is just sad. Though they did know how to register a foreigner and that part was easy.

PPengguna Tetamu很喜歡這個Loft公寓，適合一家人居住，樓下有個開放式廚房，可以自己做點兒簡餐。樓上是兩個卧室，動靜分離。陽台的景觀很好，可以看到遠處的大海。房間乾淨、設計簡潔，老闆很熱情，有求必應。公寓附近就是公園和購物廣場，吃飯、購物、看電影、遛彎都很方便，很適合旅居。下次來海口還要住這裏。
