I came to this hotel during the summer of 2022, and they were working on the beach, but we still had access to it. I wanted to return because it was a very relaxing experience. I returned for the 2023 Spring Festival, and it was even better because the beach had been renovated. This trip was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would return to Haikou Shangri-La because the staff and other guests were friendly and helpful.

房間環境乾淨整潔，兩張130的床自家4人住寬敞舒適，床墊舒適，房間還有直飲水！前台小王還送了孩子的早餐卷，温泉、超大游泳池、魚療池免費！過馬路了是海灘，距離海灘150米左右，350住了3500元的體驗！很滿意！

酒店就在萬綠園西門，臨近大海，一樓有游泳池和温泉泡池，周邊環境很好可以隨時在海邊散步，前台接待很熱情，房間乾淨整潔，設施也很新有智能系統，床品舒服，在房間睡眠很好，酒店早餐是粵式風格，可以體驗一下海南老爸茶，味道很好本地人很多在餐廳喝早茶，總之物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗。

Amazing hotel, beautiful pool and plentiful buffet breakfast. The rooms were large, clean and well appointed. The only issue was the soundproofing in the rooms was not great. Everything else was excellent.

On the positive side: The hotel itself is quite great, playground and pools were appealing, several good activities for kids, restaurant and breakfast were also very good and staff very friendly (especially in restaurant) In the negative side: the location is not good, at least 8-10km from everything. No any restaurant or activities nearby, need to take a taxi for everything with at least 40min to 1h drive. One of the restaurant (noodle one) closed quite early so dinner in hotel was limited to 2 restaurants. In addition, because of weather (wind and a bit cold) beach was not suitable for us to stay and pools were closed. Good hotel for company events or short family stay (max 2 days) but not for prolonged family vacation (week)

因為家裡停水來入住的，但是卻非常驚喜，在海口市區能夠有這麼經濟實惠，性價比高的酒店很難得，酒店裝修很有東南亞風情，衞生也做的非常好，就是洗澡間小了一些，不過也不影響。房間整理乾淨整潔，又不失風雅，住着非常舒服。前台的小符超級好，免費給我們升級了房間，服務態度也很棒，謝謝您哦，早餐雖然品種少了些，但是味道很不錯，總體來説滿意度很高，唯一不足就是游泳池太小了，哈哈！！

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very good location. 5 stars to the breakfast venue which is a revolving restaurant on 31st floor! Imagine having our delicious breakfast and enjoying the 360°view of beautiful Haikou city at the same time! This hotel far exceeds my expectation. Very value for money. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really nice hotel. Excellent value. Large clean room. Good location. You have a nice 30 minute walk around the waterfront to get to fancy bars and restaurants. Some shops behind the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Haikou.

Great hotel experience. My room was upgraded and I enjoyed the view. Room is clean and I got the rack to dry my wet towel and clothes. Location is good as the bus station is just a few minutes away and easy for me to go both sides. Check in and check out is very smooth as well with a nice talk at the counter. Will definitely come back if I visit Hainan again.

The hotel is in such a beautiful location. Rooms are simple yet clean & all amenities included which are necessary. staff is very friendly & helpful. The garden is beautiful, swimming pool is clean and the beach front is tranquil.

We stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful. At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay
