和同事出差海口預訂的酒店，酒店的交通比較方便，離高鐵站很近，在附近海南師範大學辦事方便很多，在預訂這酒店時就有收到工作人員發當天的天氣情況説下小雨有點降温讓帶雨具及添衣服[ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp]這點很值得點贊，酒店房間衞生比較乾淨，早餐品種也多，自助形式的，還有幫忙煮粉之類挺好的，洗澡的用品很親民，佰草集的，還有瓶身體乳可以攜帶走[ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp]，還有當地咖啡，以為收費的，問了工作人員説都是免費的[ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp]最後一點更值得説的是，當天入住時我隨口一問前台附近有沒有葯店，當我們回來房間時，房間整理好了，工作人員已經幫我燒好一壺水，讓我多喝水，這服務很值得點贊[ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp]下次出差還會選擇這酒店。

Neat and funky, modern with some techy stuff. Bed was very comfortable, pillow was less ideal but suffices. Big room and spacious rest area which I like. The sound proofing was pretty decent so you don't hear the train passing by or the traffic noise, that is until your neighbour speaks loudly (thankfully not for long) or if someones slams the door hard (esp if you are sleeping). Great black out curtains which open on its own when you remove the key from its space and closes when you're stick it in (think it depends on how you set it before you leave the room). Bathroom was also splendid. As was the nespresso coffee- great for waking me up.
A very comfortable place of rest until the final night- we were told that the sensor malfunctioned, waking us up in the middle of the night- curtains opening on its own, air-conditioning suddenly switching off (no we didn't change any settings for that to happen), lights turning on all of a sudden.
All good otherwise.

酒店位置挺好，周邊有夜市，前台工作人員小雲很熱情，知道我帶小朋友，給我安排了視野很好的房間，還送了玫瑰花，聽説是因為七夕的原因，哈哈，不管怎麼樣，太走心了，看我行李多，東京小哥哥還主動提出幫我送行李到房間，在市區以為房間會很吵，到了房間發現多慮了，很安靜，衞生也好，停車也免費，太棒了，晚上吃的中餐，包廂環境不錯，菜品也很有特色，聽服務員説這個地段就這家酒店很出名。早餐在西餐廳的自助餐，這個價位的自助餐真的是淘到寶了，菜品豐富，乾淨衞生，寶藏酒店，配套很完善，樓下還有小型商場，瑞幸，麥當勞都有，還有電影院，很滿意，不虛此行。

我是過來出差的，入住體驗超級好，我是提前過來他們隔壁全季和他們家看過房，攜程上預訂價格很實惠，全季比他們家貴出一倍的房費，而且服務態度不怎麼樣。但是來到他們家，前台的美女香香服務態度很好，人長得好看，也很熱心腸，我從看房到預訂，最後到入住都是她服務的，還給我免費升級了甄選大床房，不厭其煩的服務讓人很暖心。到第二天續住是小朱服務的，服務也很好，很貼心，前台每個美女都很美呢！整體入住體驗是很棒的，不踩雷，強烈推薦呢！

MMakOur family have a pleasant stay at this sparkling new hotel (18Sep to 20Sep). We booked the triple beds & double beds room type, the room is spacious with bed that is very comfortable.
Good amenities like cable-less handphone charging, availability of the laundry machines (washer & dryer) at the 1st floor (free of charge) really a great help for family travel with elderly & kids👍🏻.
The hotel have good spread of breakfast with choices for western or chinese.
We have a good times here. Tq🙏🏻

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. MmarieStayed at the family suite for 3 adults. The room was very new, moden, clean, neat, and very spacious. The views from the room were marvellous. The Guest Relationship Officer Miss Tan Wen Xian was very friendly and even gave us a packet of goodies bag which contained yummy Hainan Island tidbits.
The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and near a mall. The mall has shops and restaurants. Directly opposite the Hotel is Terminal 1, which has a Hong Kong cafe. The food at the cafe was very good. Highly recommend to stay here.

The only downside of the outdoor pool is that you can’t use it when there’s a chance of thunderstorm and considering the Haikou weather, this is quite frequent. You are also forced to wear a swimming cap in the pool, which some do not prefer.

The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures.
Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating.
Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option.
Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself.
On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.
