這次在海口入住了維也納酒店（海口騎樓老街省政府店），本以為衹是一次尋常的住宿，沒想到卻收穫了遠超預期的驚喜。 抵達時，前台女經理（工號001 ）親自上前，熱情引導停車，讓客人感受到了滿滿的重視。前台小哥小韋同樣出色，辦理入住時，專業又高效。 走進酒店內部，裝修盡顯五星風範。住了一晚後，體驗感絕佳，我毫不猶豫選擇續住。而更讓我驚喜的是，酒店居然提供送機服務！送機當天，前台人員小韋一路陪同，到達機場後小韋同志主動幫忙開車門，卸行李。這份貼心周到的待遇，就算掛牌五星級酒店都難以做到。 維也納酒店，用熱情的態度、高品質的環境和極致的服務，給我帶來了一段無比舒適的入住體驗。 另外酒店位置很好，既距離騎樓老街近，也就2公里，又不覺得像住騎樓老街那麼亂，酒店跟全季挨着，很多都是共用空間，個人認為，比較起來這家維也納房間更大，房間設施更新，門頭，大堂都更寬敞明亮漂亮。

我們是帶着長者和孩子出來玩，下午到的海口，在機場提了租車準備到澄邁和儋州玩，在海口住一晚第二天一早去澄邁，選了好多最終定了這家。就這價位，服務衞生環境都沒得説，前台美女還給我們推薦了飯店晚上家人吃的都很滿意，第二天早上走一點就是當地特色的老爸茶也吃了。最關鍵是的停車免費，停車場還有充電樁是快充太方便了。

房間還比較衞生，只是剛進剛進房間的時候一股煙味。房子高層窗户望出去能看到海的一小塊，位置屬於市中區，吃東西比較方便，離萬綠園走路20分鐘，離海邊走路近40分鐘。 比較不愉快的是 我定的高級大床房明明標註了樓層是7—20層，且可以免費升房，結果辦理入住時前台小哥説我的房型衹能給我安排在7樓 要住高層必須加錢辦理他們的會員。但是我看網上很多評價都是免費升房，前台小哥狡辯説是什麼鑽石會員，但是也有很多不是鑽石會員也免費升房了啊，前台又狡辯説總有例外吧。真的很無語，看我一人帶着孩子是比較好欺負嗎？為了不影響旅行的心情，衹好還是加錢住到了18樓。 早餐也比較一般，豆漿是豆粉沖的，蒸的麪點都是預製的 很難吃。菜只有幾樣，只有現煮的麪條和粉還好吃的，然後我和我的孩子就在這裏吃了幾早上的麪條。好在打掃阿姨 讓我們如沐春風 其他的，建議酒店少些套路 多點真誠，畢竟是連鎖酒店，不要想着拜高踩低，對待顧客是不是應該一視同仁？！
