Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

It is close to the arcade scenic spot, cost-effective, the hotel lobby is also decorated with the flavor of the New Year, and it is also very nice to take pictures. The hotel's sales manager also helped us take pictures, full of the flavor of the New Year

The room overall is good. Bed and pillow super comfy. Need slight improvement for cleanliness as some part of the floor is kind of sticky. Breakfast in acceptable range as options are quite limited. Service standard by all hotel staffs could be further improved. Anyway, extra credit to the lady manager at morning shift which is extra helpful and friendly. The location is good and convenient. Very near to eateries and convenient store.

The front desk upgraded the room to a high floor with a view of the city of Haikou. The hotel is next to Longhu Paradise Walk, which is very convenient for dining and shopping. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich in variety.

從網上好到好評如潮，對比再三，到來德佳酒店。初到酒店門口，看到周圍環境並不算好，停車也大費周章，心裏已經打起退堂鼓。可看了房間，之前的不如意瞬間盪然無存。這是家新開張的酒店，但房間沒有新裝修的異味。面積超大，採光極好，傢俱配置擺放恰到好處。衞生間與洗浴區、洗漱區巧妙分隔，一切都顯得那麼潔凈明快。井井有條。可能是新開業的緣故，早餐廳還未就緒，給我們配備了肯德基快餐，倒也簡單實惠。出酒店步行數百米，就來到一家星光夜市，海鮮燒烤，炒河粉等等，會讓你一飽口福。總之，用一句成語總結，外拙而內秀。在海口這樣一個熱門旅遊城市，如此價格住上這樣的酒店應該是物超所值。

The room is super clean, the projection is also great, you can cast a screen, the hotel design is also very interesting, haha, the breakfast has a lot of varieties and is very nice, Xiao Ming at the front desk also helped me avoid a late check-out at 15:00, the service awareness is very good, perfect!

The hotel looks new and is located in the Haikou walking street. That is very convenient and easy to find something to eat. It is a bit confusing that they sell cloths in front of the hotel. The staffs cannot speak English but are very friendly. The room was spacious and quite clean. There are 2 bottles of water provided in the room for free of charge. Sleeping with ear-plugs is recommended if you book a room with windows, which is facing to the street and a bit noisy in the morning. 100 CNY in cash is required for the deposit for 1 key card.

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

After we update to a large family suite room (x2 room) , it was well maintained , cozy and comfortable. Toilet is privacy too. Location was very very convenient and walkable to most attractions too.  A special compliment to a customer service young lady 小姐姐 at the counter. She’s young and passionate about hotel management and her helpfulness in assisting us to local attractions. Her enthusiastic energy really need appraisal. Her work behaviors really an asset to Zizai Music hotel.  Highly recommend to guests who booked with them. I’ll believe you be well taken care of.
