The hotel's location right by the sea is fantastic 🏖️, and it was really convenient to take a taxi to Wuyuanhe Stadium for New Year's Eve. The staff were attentive and responsible, the facilities were excellent, and the hotel's dining options were extensive. Definitely deserves a five-star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Haha, as a local from Haikou, I skipped my comfy bed at home just to stay three nights in a row at the Marriott! I have to give a special shoutout to my amazing butler, Michelle. She proactively contacted me the day before check-in to confirm my needs, replied instantly to all my messages, and even thoughtfully helped me arrange a late checkout. Her service was truly exceptional! The front desk staff was super enthusiastic, and the concierge guys were really sweet too. My overall experience was fantastic! My only regret is that I slept so soundly that I missed breakfast all three days and didn't get a chance to explore the public areas. Next time I'm back in Haikou, I definitely have to stay at the Marriott again!

The hotel is ideally located next to the West Coast beach and the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. You can walk to enjoy the soft white sands and the romantic blue sea and sky. The guest rooms are designed with a strong tropical flair, and stepping out onto the balcony offers a breathtaking 180° panoramic ocean view. Our butler, Serena, provided exceptionally warm service and even asked if I needed a late check-out – it was fantastic! Every detail showed thoughtful care. I'll definitely be back if I have the chance!

Found a gem of a hotel! The beachfront location is absolutely stunning. Open the balcony door of the room and you're greeted by the deep blue sea. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. There are two swimming pools: a family-friendly area with water slides and a peaceful, relaxing adult-only section. In just a few minutes walk, you can feel the fine sand beneath your feet. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety of options. Our butler, Serena, was incredibly attentive, always ready to help and fulfilling every request during our stay. She truly exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back if we get the chance!

This older hotel offers incredible value for money. The public areas are filled with lush greenery, and the rooms are decorated in a very cozy style. Waking up to the beautiful sea view from the balcony in the morning truly lifted my spirits. The bedding was incredibly comfortable – I had a perfect night's sleep. The location is also great, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Serena, our butler, provided thoughtful and quick service. Overall, my stay was very pleasant and excellent!

The hotel boasts an excellent location on Binhai Avenue in Xiuying District, offering both urban convenience and proximity to the coastline. The sea view is expansive, and our butler, Serena, provided thoughtful and attentive service throughout our stay. From check-in guidance to responding to our needs, everything was efficient and thorough, allowing us to completely relax during our entire stay!

The facilities are comprehensive, featuring an outdoor pool, hot springs, a kids' club, gym, and SPA. Our room was spacious and cozy, with an amazing sea view right from the window. It was incredibly relaxing to sit on the balcony, enjoying the breeze and a cup of tea. Our butler, Serena, provided attentive service and arranged a room upgrade for us. Within half an hour of booking, the hotel concierge called to connect with us. We got an upgraded room, and the dinner buffet was incredibly rich and varied. Having stayed at many star-rated hotels, Marriott's quality service is truly exceptional. The customer service concierge was also very enthusiastic and always willing to help. Although the room facilities were a bit old, they were very well maintained. Both the hot springs and the beach were excellent.

For my trip to Haikou, I chose the Haikou Marriott Hotel. It's located on the West Coast, which is a pretty good spot, very close to both the port and the CDF duty-free shop. Our butler, Serena, had a wonderful attitude and was very attentive in handling any issues. From the room's balcony, you can enjoy sea views and watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

My family of 4 members stayed for 2 nights in this hotel before we flew back home. It's location is alright for 35 mins to the Haikou International Airport. There is a hot spring at the swimming pool area and it closes late at night which is good . We can use the hot spring to relax after a day of activities out. However the only thing is the rooms given to us is not up to Marriott's standard. Our rooms, connecting 2 rooms, look a bit old , especially the flooring, the wall tiles in the bathrooms. They need some refurbishments. The bathroom of room 0916 has the problem of water flooding while showering. I think the water flowing out is very , very slow until it floods .This is quite annoying. Although we have informed the staff about this , nothing much have been done. It still flooded when we showered on the next day. Other than this, everything is ok.

Every detail speaks to quality, making for a truly pleasant stay! Eileen at the front desk was also incredibly thoughtful. I was in a hurry to get an invoice when checking out and was worried the process would be complicated and delay my travel plans. To my surprise, Eileen was efficient and patient throughout, quickly helping me with all the paperwork. She even proactively added me on WeChat, offering to assist with any invoice issues later on. This kind of considerate and thorough service really puts you at ease. I'll definitely choose Marriott again next time I'm in Haikou!
