We Love Langham as the decoration is classy and smells good ! Sally serve us and was prompt and helpful understanding our night flight can be delay! a definite good recommend!!!We got a birthday deco and a cheese cake served too!!!

The hotel is great. Great location (just beside a big mall) and great staff. Special mention for Joey and Sally, they provide excellent service. The view from my hotel room is gorgeous with glimpse of sunset. Full breakfast range with live eggs and noodle stations. On the whole, staying in this hotel was a very pleasant experience … they even took care of my parcels before my stay. The concierge helped to received and safe kept them! Thumbs up to the Langham team!

The hotel is really beautiful. The decor and style is something! There’s construction beside the building but there is a disclaimer on trip that we didn’t notice before. They also give one in the room and they provide ear plugs. The room smells a little humid and musty when you 1st enter but we couldn’t smell it after that. The staff is super helpful, they bring your luggage up, bring you ice if you need, send your takeaway upstairs with the robot for you if you call. the room service food we got was so so but the breakfast buffet is good and varied. The location is also good, there’s a mall and some beaches not too far from the hotel.

As you said, the hotel is located in the Guomao business district, which is a good choice for business trips or leisure vacations. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Wanlv Park by the sea, which is a leisure space for morning jogging and playing. There are also many large supermarkets and cultural venues around the hotel, such as Nth Power, Jinghua City, Haikou Bay Performing Arts Center, Yundong Library, etc. Thank you again for your comments, and we sincerely look forward to your visit again. Room was amazing - spacious, clean, cosy and well-equipped. Hotel staff were also helpful. Not much of a view from our room but it didn’t damper our experience.

The best part of this hotel is service and location. Around midnight we heard some noise from outside, the hotel sent the staff to check and change room to us within 15 mins. It’s very quick response. Also recommend for the Dimsum Buffet at 43 floor.

Everything at the hotel is impressive  , the service is excellent. It is in a good location near the big mall .  The hotel is super clean and well decoration.  I definitely recommend if you come to Haikou.

Love the smell at Langham hotels. People taking photos around the hotel all the time. Very pink. Generally a fine hotel but nothing that impressed at this level. No positive surprises at any point during the stay.

We love the room layout and overall experience. The only turn down is the swimming pool is under maintenance when we are there and the breakfast choices are very limited as well. The rest of them are all good.
