The Breakfast spread is good! Is near to a big shopping mall. Room space is big. Abt 10mins drive from railway station and 20mins drive to airport.

從網上好到好評如潮，對比再三，到來德佳酒店。初到酒店門口，看到周圍環境並不算好，停車也大費周章，心裏已經打起退堂鼓。可看了房間，之前的不如意瞬間盪然無存。這是家新開張的酒店，但房間沒有新裝修的異味。面積超大，採光極好，傢俱配置擺放恰到好處。衞生間與洗浴區、洗漱區巧妙分隔，一切都顯得那麼潔凈明快。井井有條。可能是新開業的緣故，早餐廳還未就緒，給我們配備了肯德基快餐，倒也簡單實惠。出酒店步行數百米，就來到一家星光夜市，海鮮燒烤，炒河粉等等，會讓你一飽口福。總之，用一句成語總結，外拙而內秀。在海口這樣一個熱門旅遊城市，如此價格住上這樣的酒店應該是物超所值。

酒店的服務很暖心，前台的小姐姐給升級了大圓床房，還主動提醒如果在頂樓的房間感覺熱，可以給調整樓層。房間的設施齊備，空調很給力，電視開機就是中央一套，沒有開機廣告的困擾。大圓床很舒適，床墊和枕頭軟硬適中。衞浴設施也很好，24 小時熱水供應，噴頭壓力很足，浴巾和毛巾也很潔凈，用着很放心。這家酒店是我在海口住的最好，性價比最高的，以後來海口還會住在這裏。

酒店給升級了房型，設施齊全，佈置温馨，算是海口這個季節比較有性價比的酒店，大堂大氣又温馨，酒店角落也都有用心的佈置，住過許多維也納酒店，這家算是相對留下深刻印象的，以後來海口還會考慮入住。

Me and my wife are visiting from New York and have stayed in four hotels in the two weeks we have been here in Haikou visiting our sick relative. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. The room was clean, modern and uses a virtual assistant technology called Xiao Du (Similar to Alexa). It uses voice command to open curtains, turn on the TV, AC and even plays music. Marketing has been part of my job for some time now so I am always tuned in to the customer experience when staying at hotels myself, and outside all of the fancy gadgets and bells and whistles this hotel has to offer, the best thing about this hotel is the customer service. The staff was professional always providing a greeting no matter what time of day and asked if you would like a cup of coffee in the morning. If you don’t want it right away then just call from your room and someone will bring it up to you. They definitely went above and beyond, one day I wasn’t feeling well and they brought me herbal tea and fresh fruit without me even asking. I could go on and on but in short, if you’re looking for a good, clean hotel with excellent service this is the place you want.

性價比YYDS，對比了好幾家選了這個酒店，對於出差的我來説簡直不要太方便，打車很方便離動車站又近，房間又寬敞，衞生很乾凈，前台也很熱情，有個什麼事情都能想辦法解決，找到一個合適的酒店太不容易了。

過來出差的，環境很不錯，大堂很大，有個會客的會議桌，還有免費的茶水，晚上有夜宵，早餐品種豐富且美味，不用特地的出去買夜宵，早餐，交通也是很方便，靠近高鐵東站，，龍湖天街也很近。服務也是特別棒，員工周到熱情，有需要都會幫助我，讓我感覺非常舒服和賓至如歸。房間很乾凈整潔，床上用品軟軟的，反正很舒服，樓下停車還免費，停車場很大，隨便停，我強烈推薦這家酒店，下次來還住這裏，性價比高

性價比很高的酒店、房間非常乾淨、裝修高大上、值得再次預訂，特別好！ 高鐵西站衹要五分鐘路程，停車很方便，免費停車。

“入住體會” 1）附近交通非常便利，直通部分景點，部分景點換乘也很方便都是同站換乘。 2）春節“期間”的入住價格很“美麗”。如果三口之家帶着兩位長者也適合，主卧一張超大床，套間兩張標準床。 3）無論負責客房服務員還是前台服務員，以及就是管理者”服務態度都非常好。
