Our 3 night stay night stay at Haikou. Highly recommended hotel for foreigners like us😭.
Staffs were friendly and able to assist how to use the local mobile application for payment. Room was clean and hotel also come with free washing machine where you can do your laundry. Location was about 10-15min walk to the famous 椅樓old quarters. Surrounding area have a lot of shopping where you won’t be feel so bore at the hotel surrounding.

The hotel looks new and is located in the Haikou walking street. That is very convenient and easy to find something to eat. It is a bit confusing that they sell cloths in front of the hotel. The staffs cannot speak English but are very friendly. The room was spacious and quite clean. There are 2 bottles of water provided in the room for free of charge. Sleeping with ear-plugs is recommended if you book a room with windows, which is facing to the street and a bit noisy in the morning. 100 CNY in cash is required for the deposit for 1 key card.

This place is a great hidden gem. The owner/ manager and team are resourceful and easy. I stayed 4 nights in total in Haikou and really recommended this place. Some nights there were band playing downstairs... but it's Haikou, everyone sleep very late.

After we update to a large family suite room (x2 room) , it was well maintained , cozy and comfortable. Toilet is privacy too. Location was very very convenient and walkable to most attractions too.
A special compliment to a customer service young lady 小姐姐 at the counter. She’s young and passionate about hotel management and her helpfulness in assisting us to local attractions. Her enthusiastic energy really need appraisal. Her work behaviors really an asset to Zizai Music hotel.
Highly recommend to guests who booked with them. I’ll believe you be well taken care of.

Really nice little hotel. Great location. Room was small but I am a solo traveller so it's just right for me. I don't ask for much. Just a clean room, no bedbugs, hot shower and clean toilet and I'm happy. I stayed there 4 days and didn't encounter any noise issues even in the hotel itself. Would stay there again.

真的很nice，訂房的時候提前備註兩間房都在同一個樓層實現了，亞朵的風格和服務都是有求必應，一直出行住亞朵絕不會出錯，主打一個安心，酒店位置在打卡點附近，離騎樓、萬綠園、雲洞圖書館、世紀大橋這些都很近，退房的時候前台小姐姐還給我們送上水路上喝。

設施：設施都非常滿意，唯一美中不足，也是很重要的一點，是：洗澡水不熱乎，很涼，家人差點洗感冒了。
衞生：衞生也不錯，床品、房間硬件都不錯。再就是廁所的門有縫關不嚴，我也反映了，但不知道是裝修問題還是門的問題。
服務：服務態度也很好，反應都很及時。唯一這次體驗感不好的事，第一晚外賣小哥用機器人輸錯了房號機器人給我房間打了兩個電話，凌晨2:30驚醒了全家人。等我出門去開門看機器人的時候機器人的東西已經不知道被誰拿走了，並且機器人也離開了，我開了個寂寞。這都不是關鍵，最重要的是半夜打個電話給前台沒有人接，一直通話中。第二天打又能打通了。最後也沒有得到一個解釋的原因，但是酒店作為補償給我們送了一盤水果態度是可以認可的，但是還是第一次遇到這種事。
餐廳：酒店的各種禮贈服務做得還是很好，每晚入住都會有兩杯飲品，還有夜宵可以吃。就是餐廳不讓帶外食，站在門口吃也挺狼狽的。
雖然上述的每一點都有一些細微的不足，但整體的酒店體驗特別是客房內部體驗還是OK的。所以還是給打了五星評價。下次來海口還是會住這一下但是希望各方面都能有改進。

這裏不管是地理位置，還是居住環境都真的相當不錯。先説地理位置，這裏隔騎樓老街、鐘樓、雲洞圖書館、世紀大橋都非常的近，小區出門就有車，出行便利。
小區的設施齊全，樓下有好幾個便利店和小吃店，今天離開的時候還看到小區新到了新的小童玩具設施。
房間我兒子一進去就非常喜歡，基本一直坐在飄窗上玩，準備的居家用品十分齊全，可以説舒適就是這幾天最大的感受。

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThis is a relatively new hotel that was opened in 2024, located near Qilou Old Street (10 mins away by car). Overall, our stay was quite pleasant.
Pros:
1. The room is modern and big enough to put 1 big luggage on the floor and 1 medium size luggage. The bed is comfy with 1 memory pillow and 1 soft pillow.
The toilet and shower are separated, which is good. The curtain has cool features (at the push of a button, it will close the curtains automatically).
2. The front desk staff are friendly. The housekeeper is good at helping clean our room and friendly too.
3. Breakfast has a good spread with Chinese and Western food options.
Cons:
1. Location – the hotel is situated at the entrance of the flyovers and a turn to another main road, so most Didi drivers would often miss the turn up to drop off point in front of the hotel and just stop at the roadside (on the pathway with lots of motorbikes which is dangerous) to fetch us. I would suggest the hotel put up a lited signboard just before the entrance to the hotel to help direct taxi drivers to come up to the front door.
2. Air conditioning does not seem to work. I have set the temperature to cool or windy mode at 20 deg but still, it felt hot.
3. We did not realize that the window was opened by the staff, and only noticed when we were woken up by the drilling noise from construction nearby.

LlisasaChanWe stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful.
At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. MmarieStayed at the family suite for 3 adults. The room was very new, moden, clean, neat, and very spacious. The views from the room were marvellous. The Guest Relationship Officer Miss Tan Wen Xian was very friendly and even gave us a packet of goodies bag which contained yummy Hainan Island tidbits.
The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and near a mall. The mall has shops and restaurants. Directly opposite the Hotel is Terminal 1, which has a Hong Kong cafe. The food at the cafe was very good. Highly recommend to stay here.

LLaura ElviraI stayed at this hotel for three nights before heading to Sanya. I chose it because they offered free airport pickup and it’s only a 10-minute walk from Haikou East Rail Station (Haikoudong / 海口东). I wanted to be closer to the city rather than staying in the Meilan area near the airport. As a non-Chinese speaker, I relied mainly on Didi taxis to get around when visiting other parts of the city. Didi rides are inexpensive and convenient (Didi is integrated into my Alipay app).
The hotel it’s located off a busy avenue with heavy traffic. There’s a small snack shop right next to the hotel. To the left, in the direction of the train station, there are a few small street food stalls, and to the right, a bit further away, there’s a wider selection of fast food shops. I didn’t explore if there were any proper restaurants in the area. The hotel has a coffee shop but I didn’t use.
The airport pickup service was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed assistance with a few things. Since I don’t speak Chinese, I used a translation tool.
I found the bed very comfortable—though I prefer firm beds, so it suited me perfectly. There was also a choice of pillows with different thicknesses. As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by how well I slept, as there wasn’t much noise to disturb me.
Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I did notice that the cleanliness could be improved. For example, there was a significant amount of dust under the bed. That said the common areas of the hotel seemed well- maintained.

2. Ruang mandi, tandas dan cuci tangan diasingkan dari kawasan basah dan kering! Dan bilik airnya agak baik. Saya tidak tahu sama ada hotel ini baru diubah suai. Kemudahan bilik mandi kelihatan sangat bersih, tiada kesan air, dan ia kelihatan agak selesa. Saya juga bersedia untuk mandi dengan baik di sini. Sinki itu mungkin diperbuat daripada batu tulis, dan jubin lantai kelihatan seperti terrazzo, yang merupakan bahan hiasan yang sangat popular sejak beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini.
Di samping itu, peralatan tempat tidur bersih, lampu biasanya terang, dan pada harga ini, mereka juga memberi kami sarapan pagi untuk dua orang, yang merupakan kejutan yang tidak dijangka!
Bagi persekitaran luaran, hotel ini dikelilingi oleh persekitaran yang serupa dengan vila kecil. Ia tidak begitu hebat di luar hotel, tetapi ia cukup bagus di dalam hotel. Ia boleh dilihat bahawa pereka di sini mempunyai citarasa yang baik, dan saya dan ibu saya menyukainya.
Hotel ini juga menyediakan makanan dan minuman dengan perbelanjaan anda sendiri, yang tidak mahal. Malangnya, sepanjang kami tinggal, mereka tidak buka dan kami tidak sempat makan. Tidak banyak tempat makan di kawasan sekitar yang agak menyedihkan.

VViviLeonLet's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area.
The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures.
Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating.
Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option.
Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself.
On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

Llindex公寓式的，通透的有大陽台的房間，和精緻無緣，沒有太多特色，但空間巨大。可能營業準備倉促，公寓裏配備的東西還不夠齊備，比如我住的陽台就還沒有裝洗衣機，也沒有晾衣架，屋內上還透着一股裝修的味道。相信很快會改善的。因為住店是為了第二天上午去新海港渡海，所以能滿足我們的要求。

PPengguna Tetamu因為要坐輪渡找了一個離輪渡近的地方住開始預訂的時候都抱着試一試的心態到了入住以後超出預期衞生打掃的很乾凈比之前住的民宿都要乾淨是Loft的設計還很喜歡這種小公寓還有衣帽間該有的都有最主要的是真實的寵物友好！也不收費比有些店家寫着寵物友好但是打電話過去問不願意接待帶狗的真的好太多下次來海南還會繼續來住的
