設施：有自助洗衣房，酒店服務員可以幫忙代洗衣服，這點很不錯，其他維也納都沒有這項服務，二樓有健身房，需要去一樓總枱打印體驗券，健身房很齊全，什麼設備器材都有，有游泳池衹是暫時用不了
環境：靠近海邊，步行幾分鐘過馬路就能到海邊，前台可以免費借沙灘玩具和沙灘墊，真好，替娃省了沙灘玩具的費用
服務：辦入住時前台主動倒熱茶，這點很貼心，有現磨咖啡可選，樓道阿姨也很熱情，會主動打招呼
總之，這是一家非常不錯的維也納，是我住過這麼多維也納最好的一家，不管是服務還是地理位置都很符合我的期望，有機會來海口會繼續來住。

酒店距離秀英港很近，自駕車下了船幾分鐘就到了。房間不算大，但衞生乾淨，裝修的比較新，比較安靜，早餐比我想象中的好。不太理想的地方，一是洗漱喝茶都是用紙杯，二是往店還要交壓金，離店還得等查完房再退，三是剛好冷空氣來了，空調暖氣不起作用。前台小哥小姐姐工作負責態度熱情值得點贊。

We are happy with the stay.
We are not able to find the right entrance to the place initially, but I gave the person in charge a call and was guided to the right entrance easily
The place is cosy and the view is beautiful!
There are lots of eateries and convenient stores around the place. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all available in this area, there are supermarkets so if you crave for fresh fruits, you are covered
We took walks around the area, and the sea view is great!
I recommend this place for short stays if you are at HaiKou and want ultimate unblock seaview

LlisasaChanWe stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful.
At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay

Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. MmarieStayed at the family suite for 3 adults. The room was very new, moden, clean, neat, and very spacious. The views from the room were marvellous. The Guest Relationship Officer Miss Tan Wen Xian was very friendly and even gave us a packet of goodies bag which contained yummy Hainan Island tidbits.
The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and near a mall. The mall has shops and restaurants. Directly opposite the Hotel is Terminal 1, which has a Hong Kong cafe. The food at the cafe was very good. Highly recommend to stay here.

LLaura EI stayed at this hotel for three nights before heading to Sanya. I chose it because they offered free airport pickup and it’s only a 10-minute walk from Haikou East Rail Station (Haikoudong / 海口东). I wanted to be closer to the city rather than staying in the Meilan area near the airport. As a non-Chinese speaker, I relied mainly on Didi taxis to get around when visiting other parts of the city. Didi rides are inexpensive and convenient (Didi is integrated into my Alipay app).
The hotel it’s located off a busy avenue with heavy traffic. There’s a small snack shop right next to the hotel. To the left, in the direction of the train station, there are a few small street food stalls, and to the right, a bit further away, there’s a wider selection of fast food shops. I didn’t explore if there were any proper restaurants in the area. The hotel has a coffee shop but I didn’t use.
The airport pickup service was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed assistance with a few things. Since I don’t speak Chinese, I used a translation tool.
I found the bed very comfortable—though I prefer firm beds, so it suited me perfectly. There was also a choice of pillows with different thicknesses. As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by how well I slept, as there wasn’t much noise to disturb me.
Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I did notice that the cleanliness could be improved. For example, there was a significant amount of dust under the bed. That said the common areas of the hotel seemed well- maintained.

2. Ruang mandi, tandas dan cuci tangan diasingkan dari kawasan basah dan kering! Dan bilik airnya agak baik. Saya tidak tahu sama ada hotel ini baru diubah suai. Kemudahan bilik mandi kelihatan sangat bersih, tiada kesan air, dan ia kelihatan agak selesa. Saya juga bersedia untuk mandi dengan baik di sini. Sinki itu mungkin diperbuat daripada batu tulis, dan jubin lantai kelihatan seperti terrazzo, yang merupakan bahan hiasan yang sangat popular sejak beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini.
Di samping itu, peralatan tempat tidur bersih, lampu biasanya terang, dan pada harga ini, mereka juga memberi kami sarapan pagi untuk dua orang, yang merupakan kejutan yang tidak dijangka!
Bagi persekitaran luaran, hotel ini dikelilingi oleh persekitaran yang serupa dengan vila kecil. Ia tidak begitu hebat di luar hotel, tetapi ia cukup bagus di dalam hotel. Ia boleh dilihat bahawa pereka di sini mempunyai citarasa yang baik, dan saya dan ibu saya menyukainya.
Hotel ini juga menyediakan makanan dan minuman dengan perbelanjaan anda sendiri, yang tidak mahal. Malangnya, sepanjang kami tinggal, mereka tidak buka dan kami tidak sempat makan. Tidak banyak tempat makan di kawasan sekitar yang agak menyedihkan.

Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating.
Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option.
Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself.
On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

PPengguna Tetamu因為要坐輪渡找了一個離輪渡近的地方住開始預訂的時候都抱着試一試的心態到了入住以後超出預期衞生打掃的很乾凈比之前住的民宿都要乾淨是Loft的設計還很喜歡這種小公寓還有衣帽間該有的都有最主要的是真實的寵物友好！也不收費比有些店家寫着寵物友好但是打電話過去問不願意接待帶狗的真的好太多下次來海南還會繼續來住的
