Although I just stayed for 1 night the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is very huge and comfy. They do provide complementary breakfast. The scenery view from the hotel is also very nice

Well, to be honest, i have expected more than this. My fisrt step in this hotel was really disappointing. There’s sign saying “No smoking” on the front desk but one of the guy there were smoking right in front of me (I have allergies to smoking smell badly), what the heck!! 😡
The room was small, as we expected but again, my opposite room was a smoking room and the guest just keep smoking without closing their door!!! So the smoking smell run into my room. 😂
The guy who keep communicating to me via “WeChat” was so helpful and tried to arrange everything for me ☺️
The breakfast was good but it was exactly the same during my 2 nights stay. However, on the second day i have to leave early, the manager said i can have a packing box but when i was in the dining room, one of the lady staff just give me 2 plastic bags!!!! What the heck again!!! Well, eventually there’s one guy who can speak both my language and Chinese came to help, so that lady staff just gave me one plastic box but i said i need two boxes, one for me and another one for my husband, she seemed very upset which i dont really understand why🤣
The towel for my 2 nights stay seem to be the same one🥲 i guess they just fold the used towel nicely and put it at the same place. I’m saying this because both of us noticed that both of our the towel for second night were wet!!!

Inside 雪乡！So we don't have to walk too much in the -18 winter temperature. Highly recommended but SUPER expensive.

Our stay was disappointing. The front desk staff were rude and not friendly, which was unwelcoming. The 2-bedded room felt too small, and the breakfast was not good. Staying in the basement level was also unpleasant due to noise from people walking on the floor above, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.”

The location both in Trip.com and Baidu is incorrect - it is located in the next corner on the right side from the marked location. The staff was a man. He was helpful, but his approach was too friendly.

The room is clean and comfortable. The floor heating is warm enough. There are snow rings and ski mats at the door for residents to use. There are also large flowered cotton jackets for taking pictures. It is not in the area of Xueyun Street. The surrounding snow is very thick, which is very suitable for taking pictures quietly. After arriving at the scenic area bus station, we contacted the hotel to help us take our luggage to the hotel. The house is thin and it will be a bit noisy when encountering noisy tourists.
