在潮樂之城景區門口，算是在外面，但景區電瓶車可以到，停車場也有電瓶車接送。個人覺得酒店位置不錯，比景區很裏面的要好很多。前台服務人員很熱情，態度也很好。我們定了家庭房，給長者定了大床房，房間很大，也有浴缸，大床房有陽台，對着門口的小橋流水，環境很不錯。下午發現房間電視不行，強修後還是沒有恢復，酒店直接説可以換房間，最後給房間直接換了電視機，還有衞星頻道，應急很迅速到位。住店可以刷臉多次進景區，也可以免費坐景區裏面的電瓶車，對於我們帶着長者是很方便不錯的。

先説優點： 1.主動升級了帶陽台的，陽台看出去可以看到房間是圍繞着這個水塘一圈的。就是這個房型的陽台很小連一張椅子都沒，除了對吸煙黨友好外，也沒有啥用。對面陽台大一點有躺椅，不清楚什麼房型。 2.酒店很新但沒有裝修味道，服務人員被動服務很不錯。為什麼説被動呢，就是你問你提要求衹要合理都能滿足也挺熱情。但是主動性有很大問題缺點裏説。 3.去之前看評論裏有説隔音差的，我這個房型的入住體驗還是不錯的，房間大，衞生間大，隔音好，空調聲音不吵。 4.天氣好的時候一定記得落日時回到酒店的5樓頂樓沁園（早餐的廳）户外，有落日有城牆有無邊泳池還能看到江，超級出片。看潮也沒問題。 再説缺點： 1.同樣景區內住宿，宣德門有管家服務，在入住前會詳細指引停車訊息，甚至有管家去停車場接人。主唱價位比宣德門高，是衹高在了酒店大堂公區建設吧。我理解主唱房間多可能沒法做到管家服務，但是在訂房渠道告知入住客人可以優先停遊客中心vip停車場也不是難事吧？如果第一次去古鎮的遊客，按高德地圖是不會給你推薦遊客中心停車場的，默認就是去比較遠要接駁車的其他停車場。遊客中心vip停車場就算門口立了車位已滿的牌子，出示酒店入住訊息保安還是會放行的有預留車位。 2.入住時溝通好生日的孩子送次日的早餐，結果第二天去餐廳沒有任何通知到餐廳，雖然最後還是給進了，但感覺確實不太好。 3.主唱的位置在古鎮內比較偏，出行衹能接駁車，人多得排隊等車，不適合很趕時間。特別是退房走時，託運行李有滯後，導致很多人需要連行李一起上車，大箱子很難放。入住時提醒一句建議行李箱在退房走前提前一點託運能省掉後面這些麻煩吧？以上3點就是我説的主動式服務欠缺。 4.是房間的硬傷。剛投入運營的新酒店淋浴房下水就很有問題，長久後不樂觀。

房間挺大的，衞生間沒有可以關的門略尷尬，酒店早飯一般，三星級酒店的水平吧，能吃飽。附近好像只有居民區沒啥好逛的，我是衝著鹽官古鎮去的，這個算新建的古鎮，裏面人是真少，平時估計真就鬼城的感覺了，不過看的出投資挺大的，可能春節期間人會多點。
