This place is absolutely disgusting... Service is poor as it gets, Food is disgusting, no options, badly cooked, low quality. Shower in the room never works, other rooms have a bathtub but no shower so you need to take ”shower” siting or you can't wash your head (unless u are 1,50m like them) Staff is totally stupid and have no clue about a hotel management. Its just a joke! No English, no manners, no care about anything... Im 12 years in aviation, I can say this is the most horrible hotel I've ever been,,, not even cheap hotels in chine were so disgusting... Unfortunately its not my choice to stay in this place, I would never come back! This place should close and get out of hotel business..

Incredible service even though we arrived on ***** New Year’s Eve and it was a ghost town. The hotel still had a la cart dinner service and the staff were attentive and friendly. Room was comfortable and spacious with all most could need.

剛到飯店隔壁就是韓式BBQ超級方便 進去以後超級方便物品都是超新時代 缺點是浴室沒有乾濕分離 熱水有時沒有很熱

I had an amazing stay at MGallery CatBa! The hotel is located next to the best beach on the island, the view from my balcony was gorgeous. The hotel has plenty of facilities for the guests to enjoy: spa, two lovely pools and kids centre. Check out the pretty rooftop bar right near the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, the view is worth visiting. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were super helpful, especially Hien and Thanh at the front desk, who promptly organized the drive for me to go to the downtown after I checked out. I will be certainly coming back in the near future!

This is an awesome hotel. The staff is super friendly and can assist in English. The room is very neat and clean. It is fitted with modern furnishing and you have everything you need including an excellent TV package. The breakfast is very good and the fitness room is well equipped for a great workout. Can strongly recommend this hotel.
