房間乾淨整潔，隔音也比較好，竟然還有智能小度。周圍美食比較多，基本想得到的都能吃到，晚上還有街邊攤，停車方便，車位比較多，服務也好。早餐也挺豐富的。

搶到開業預售去的，感覺整個南北湖森泊和其他森泊比是走迷你路線的。 服務感覺比之前去過的任何一家開元服務都好，幾乎遇到的每個酒店工作人都主動問好、詢問需不需要幫助；客房服務碰到問題也能想辦法解決；專屬管家各種提示也都很到位；清潔人員在我們早餐時就能把房間打掃好不用催。樂園工作人員可能職責不同，可能客人安全排第一位，熱情度相比稍差點。 房間訂的主樓基礎露台房，房間放着大功率的空氣凈化器關係，沒有一點新裝修味道，房間比杭州同房型要小，露台很小衹能稱為陽台。給的單數尾號房間離雙樂園和早餐廳都很遠。 水樂園知道室外不開但是沒想到室內小的一丟丟，進去都有點驚訝到了，適合大孩子玩的大水寨莫幹山和杭州室內都有，但是嘉興衹有室外有又不開放，身高一米二的孩子真沒啥可玩的，小水寨太幼稚；激流河和組合滑道又沒到身高；沖浪池難度太大，兩天衹能造浪池裡泡泡，真的有點無聊，建議但凡幼兒園大班以上的孩子等暑假室外開放再來。另外造浪池池邊半幹半陰的地方非常滑，那個區域又不能穿鞋，看到好幾個人差點滑倒。 夢想島樂園相比其他森泊也很小，適合8歲以下小童，大人能玩的卡丁車也沒有，我用預售時買的樂園票感覺還行，但不值現在的票價，這個票價隨便啥商場裏大點的小童樂園都可以玩，何必跑到外地。不過優點是審美很不錯，雖然五顏六色的一點不土，拍照非常好看，另外提供大人躺睡的蓋毯，這個真絕了，看的我都想睡一會。 餐飲網上很好評，但實際和以前去過的森泊比差了不是一點半點，以前的森泊自助晚餐在我心裏可是中式自助餐的天花板，以前在其他森泊自助餐有的小龍蝦、特色海鮮小砂鍋、大腸牛腩砂鍋、海鮮烤串、鮮榨果汁、進口飲料統統都沒有，衹保留了一吃就飽的油膩大葷腥，關鍵現在價格也貴了不少。早餐以前有鮮榨果汁，現在都沒了，看着早餐品種很豐富，但是實際都是主食。我們一直對森泊的餐飲心心念念，所以還是比較失望的。 總體感覺這家離上海最近的森泊更適合有低年齡孩子的家庭，會推薦給有小娃的朋友，年齡大點的孩子還是更喜歡莫幹山森泊，或者去杭州森泊也就比南北湖遠了幾十公里。
