＜良かったこと＞ 泊まったのは和室（7.5帖）の部屋でした。ベビーと一緒に利用しました。 結論から書くと、食事はとても素晴らしいし（本当に）、館内もきれいで温泉も気持ちよく、 湯上がりにアイスキャンディーやお水/特別な飲み物（名前忘れました）も無料で用意されてました。 ＜ちょっと思ったこと＞ ●部屋の広さ 人によっては、この広さで十分、と言うかもしれませんが、我々家族には窮屈でした。 ただ、お部屋の7.5帖のスペース以外はスペースがなく、連泊するのは難しく感じました。 クローゼットがとても小さいので、機内に搭載できるキャリーバッグじゃないと 持ってきたら部屋に広げることになってしまいます。 ●接客 ベビーがいるので、もし可能であれば、アーリーチェックインが可能かお電話で伺いました。 そしたら、「アーリーチェックインは無理ですねー」という回答でした。 飾る言葉一切なく、上記の言葉だけです。 その次に「まあ、14時半ならわかりませんが」とのこと。 とても大型ホテルのお電話対応とは思えないお電話でした。行く前からがっかりしてしまいました。 カウンターの方も人によりますが、ややそっけない感じの接客も見えたりしてました。 （もちろん素敵な方もおりましたが） ●食事の時間指定 コロナの対応などもあるかと思うので、時間指定はOKですが、 もし、遅れた場合はどうしますか？と訪ねたところ、 「5分ならいいですが、それ以上は難しいですね。」と言われました。 ご飯の時間に合わせなければならないのは正直旅行に行って大変でした。 もう少し猶予があるか、時間変更を何分前までならできる、などのコミュニケーションがほしかったです。 次は別の宿泊施設に行こうと思います。

What a wonderful experience! We were amazed at the selection of fresh seafood for breakfast and dinner. This is by far the best hotel seafood buffet for sure! The facilities are clean, rooms are spacious and tidy, overall ambience is great! Onsen is nice and relaxing. It is a bit far away from JR Hakodate station and does require you to either take taxi or bus. The hotel was offering a small hotel shuttle at the time which was nice however must reserve with the hotel before hand. The lady driving the shuttle bus was very nice and even gave us some traveling tips for the local area! Thank you! Special thanks to Mr. Yoshida-san at the front reception. He had noticed that one of the shuttle times we had reserved was not available that day, so he took extra effort to make sure we made it to the earlier shuttle time to make it back to the hotel. Thank you Yoshida-san! I really would like to come back and stay at Umi to Akari soon. It was a wonderful experience! Wish the best of success to this hotel!

역시 신상 호텔 답게 깨끗하고 친절하고 매우 만족했어요. 조식도 맛나고 무엇보다 한국 직원분인 HANURU님이 계셔서 소통이 원활하였어요. 셔틀 무료 버스 도 매우 특색있답니다. 아침 저녁으로 온천을하니까 피부도 보들거리고...피로도 풀고 1석2조네요. 날씨가 흐려서 야경을 못봤지만 그래도 다른 관광명소 구경 잘햇어요. 다음번 다시 하코다테를 가면 또 방문하고 싶은 좋은 추억 쌓인 숙소네요

The front desk staff did not provide clear explanations during check-in and only gave guests a single English introduction to read on their own. This will cause confusion and inconvenience. This hotel is convenient for self-driving travelers, as it has partnered with nearby parking lots to ensure ample parking space. Apartment-style hotel providing fully equipped facilities as there is no need to go outside to find a laundry store(remember to buy laundry detergent). The hotel hot spring is great, guests can watch TV while enjoying hot springs. The rooms are spacious, and some even offer sea views from the windows. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel for a truly delightful stay.

Hotel is directly across the street from the JR Hakodate train station and from the Hakodate morning market/right along the coast shoreline (see photo). Great location if you are arriving late or leaving early and still want to experience some of the town. Room amenities were very generous, they had a huge selection of free teas in the lobby. Along with complimentary afternoon coffee and coco.

One of the favourites hotel stay in Hokkaido for our family! The hotel is small but very neat and clean. We are a family of 5 and we loved the layout and the modern design of the room. The staff were very friendly. We managed to choose one of the shops at the seafood market for our breakfast. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

We stayed at Century Marina for our first night in Hokkaido and originally chose it for its proximity to most of the sites we wanted to see in Hakodate. It's just a few minute walk from the train station with plenty of sidewalks so pulling our suitcases was no issue. The hotel also has a large parking lot if you choose to drive. It's also just a few minute walk from the warehouse district and the older area up the hill where a lot of historical embassies and churches are. The hotel's breakfast buffet is an experience itself with an extensive spread of both Japanese and Western food options. You will reserve a time slot when checking in, but even then you should expect a 10-20 minute wait in the morning to get your table, so its best to go up before your reserved time. This hotel also has one of the best rooftop onsen I've seen, with wonderful views of the whole marina and hill. When booking I didn't realize there was a hot springs so this was a nice surprise. Our room was right next to the elevator but very quiet and clean. This is a newer hotel too so everything felt very fresh and well-maintained. We checked in using Japanese, but the hotel has check-in info packets and signs in English so this is a good option for non-Japanese speaking guests as well.

初めて利用させていただきました。ラグジュアリーなホテルで、特筆すべきは朝食！ 私達は、１泊目はアゼリアでビュッフェ、２泊目は松前で和食の選択をしました。 ビュッフェでは、それこそ今まで見たこともないようなイクラの山盛りがあったり、超ゴージャスな海鮮丼を作る事ができたりして、ホントすごかった。 ２泊目の松前も、とっても素敵なお膳で、私はイクラ御膳をチョイスしましたが、これも超満足。 友人はひつまぶし御膳で、それもすごく美味しそうでした！ お部屋も、広くて手入れも行き届いており、老舗の風格プラス現代的な機能性もあり、良かったです。

What an amazing hotel HakoBA Hakodate is. It is located in the old Fuji Bank building which gives it a unique character. They have done an amazing job updating the interior making it look modern yet still letting the character of the building shine through, awesome! Staff at reception were super friendly and helped us with lots of recommendations, like food and drink, and helped us with the public transport 1-day pass which you can buy here. There's also a cool little shop in the reception area selling local gifts. The room was really nice and we were lucky they gave us a room on the top floor which meant the room had really high ceilings and amazing details on the ceiling. Bathroom was pretty large, very modern and clean. Location wise this hotel is perfect. It is a 20 minute walk from the station but well connected to other public transport like buses and the city tram system. Located in the middle of the redbrick warehouse area of Hakodate there's plenty of shopping and restaurants around. Ideal for exploring this amazing city. Highly recommend staying here!

獨獨行俠N560PUThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Hakodate station and the bus terminal. From there you pretty much have all the transportations you need to go to every single corner within the city. Location is unbeatable, breakfast is decent with mini seafood don. Onsen is also available for guest and free of charge. Overall a pleasant stay. P.s. airport coach time table attached for reference. Very close to the airport and it takes only 20 mins departing from the train station.

PPeonyI have booked 2 different rooms for 3 nights. I was told to check out on the 2nd day at 11am and come back to check in again for the new room but the check in time was unsure. On the day, when I checked out at 11am, the staff gave me the new room Key already - so the new room was already ready. It would Be much better if I was being informed in advance so that I didn’t need to carry my luggage’s to the lobby and go back up to the same floor when the new room was actually next to my Old one………

JJenna4PeaceThis hotel was very close to the train station and morning seafood market. You can easily access the Hakodate tram line right outside the hotel or walk to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel room we booked was a double bed room and was decently sized. From what I could tell, the room was maybe double the size of others. We didn't partake in their complimentary breakfast, but it looked popular. Laundry and vending machines are on the 2nd floor. All around nice stay.

PPengguna TetamuIt has been almost 3 years that we have not visited Japan. Once Japan opened tourism, we packed our bags. We decided this trip will be a trip to enjoy some onsen (hot springs bath) and to see some fall foliage in colors. We picked Hakodate for onsen. This hotel offers in room open air bath tub on the balcony with a 180 degree ocean view!! Our activities were focused on taking onsen and having great food at the hotel buffet restaurant. After a great onsen bath, we wore the clothing they provided to us to the restaurant, very layback and relaxing!! There were many families, old and very young at the hotel over the weekend. So we think families take short vacations here. Strongly recommend to add Hakodate and this hotel to be part of your tour in Japan !

PPengguna TetamuVery close to the station of Hakodate JR (8min walk) and to the morning market (10min walk). The area is quite empty of people, surprising as it's close to the station. The area has probably seen better days or will but it's great to get to the station. The hotel was on the older side, the rooms had some stains on walls and tatami. However it was clean, quite a good size room for the price with private bathroom and had all amenities you can think of.

PPengguna Tetamu우선 입지가 완벽합니다. 하코다테 역 걸어서 3분. 주변에 맥스밸류 하나 있고 전차역도 바로 눈앞에 지나갑니다. 전체적으로 낡았다는 게 단점이긴 하지만 그걸 극복하려고 나름 많은 노력을 하고 있습니다. 대표적으로 1층에 현대적으로 리모델링한 라운지 운영하는데 라운지 디자인 자체도 괜찮고 커피와 차, 물 등을 무료로 나눠주는 드링크 바를 오후 10시까지 운영합니다. 또 하나의 장점이라면 조식, 2000엔이라는 비싼 가격이지만(그 전날 미리 말하면 300엔 다운) 카이센동을 직접 만들어먹을 수도 있고 무엇보다 호텔 최상층에서 보는 하코다테 만 뷰는 충분히 그 값을 합니다. 그리고 오후 10시부터 밤 1시까지 조식을 먹었던 해당 최상층에서 바를 운영하는데 칵테일 + 간단한 안주 하나에 1100엔이라는 혜자 가격을 자랑합니다. 나이든 노 바텐더가 운영하구요, 아까 조식당에서의 장점이 낮 뷰라면 이곳의 장점은 해당 전경을 야경으로 감상하실 수 있다는 겁니다. 단점이라면 현재는 환경보호인지 하는 이유때문에 룸 크리닝을 제공하지 않고 물과 수건 정도만 교환해주지만 애초에 하코다테에 오래 머무르지 않아서 상관 없었습니다. 호불호 갈릴 만한 점 있지만 일단 저에게는 최고의 호텔이었습니다.
