Good location and view of the lake, very close to the bus, ferry and cable car station. Very cozy and with well decorated design. Staff are very nice. Buffet dinner is perfect, very good sashimi bowl rice. Good onsen.

Great location - a short walk from Togendai station. But a longgg journey from Odawara station via train/cable car/ropeway, so be aware of that. The room, hot bath and restaurant were all top notch.

Location is fantastic. Walking distance from harbour and cable car. Room is clean and considered big. Minor issue with shower water temperature, the temperature is not consistent, sometimes warm sometimes cold.

The lake view is hidden by trees outside balcony and I can’t see the lake from my room actually. If then I don’t need to pick the lake-view package. I am so disappointed with such room assigned.

This is a fantastic experience to stay in this hotel. Due to Covid19, I didnt try the public hot spring but book the room with the Japanese bathroom. The hot spring is hot enough though our room is not the sea view but u can definitely release all your stress. The food and service are highly recommended and next time will world being my family to stay at least 2 days to enjoy !

To be honest, this hotel has probably the most number of English-speaking Japanese staffs out of all the hotels that I’ve stayed in so far! Impeccable service, rather smooth communication and good location within Hakone. The hotel gives off a really relaxing vibe~so if you’re finding somewhere to just chill and soak in all those “zen-ness”, this is it! Just a little tip, the hotel is rather far from the train stations so do arrange for the free shuttle service in advance!

food are nice. view are amazing, unlikely during our stay, the weather was not good. raining all day.
Service is good. special thanks to one staff call Jascha Dewangga for helping us the arrangement of room and suggestion of visit during the bad weather.
He also help to book taxi with 3 vendor, good English speaking and excellent service.
