HAKUBA　UNNTYOU

Had a quick 2 nights over here! 20 minutes from Kamishiro station and very close to Goryu ski resort. However, rooms a little small and lacked amenities

It's about a 7-minute uphill walk from the ski resort. The service here is pretty good, and if you're not eating dinner at the ski resort, you can choose to have it here.

I had such a wonderful stay at this lovely accommodation. The property is charming and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Honestly, the room looked even better than in the photos. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and genuinely kind, always ready to help with a warm attitude. I drove there myself, and when I woke up in the morning, my car was completely covered in snow, including the windshield and hood. I asked the staff if they had a snow brush I could borrow, and they immediately offered to help me clean it. That level of kindness truly made my day. Another highlight was that the hotel sells malatang, which I absolutely love and it was genuinely delicious! It was such a pleasant surprise to enjoy something I like so much right at the property. The location is also very convenient. It’s within walking distance to night ski, which makes it perfect during ski season. Having a car makes things easier, but even without one, you can easily call an Uber. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hakuba.

The location is ideal for Groyu ski lift just a 5-10 minute walk. The breakfast is nice, something different every day however some coffee or tea would be nice. The rooms are clean and tidy and the small onsen and shower get nice and hot. What makes this place special is the owners of the hotel, they are really friendly and helpful and would recommend staying here for that reason alone.

The house were lovely however the rooms were a little tight, no bed lamps or towels included in the room. You had to buy your own towel. The bathrooms were a little limited and no shuttle offered, the breakfast was simple, but nice.

What I like most is it near to Hakuba Goryu. The place is quite homely and can accomodates additional person.

The hotel located near the goryu resort, the staff was extremely helpful to us since we arrived. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. They wouldnt let you have the hard time there and will provide any support they can give. They initiatively offering to drive us to nearby escal plaza when we checkout, since we brough a lot of luggage in snowy street. I sincerly want to say thank you to hakuba unntyou for the amazing experience. Also as a muslim tourist, we can ask the staff to provide halal meal. 😀

The experience my  brother and myself had at Hakuba UNNTYOU was exceptional . Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in very close walking distance to Goryu ski resort.  The twin room despite being basic was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast included was a lovely mix of Chinese cuisine which provided all the energy needed for a full day up on the mountain. Additionally they provided  very cheap options for cold/hot beverages aswell as snacks which we loved after coming back from a full day of activities .  The hotel has its own onsen style bath which was great to unwind in , adding the the authentic Japanese experience. The staff at this hotel despite not speaking very much English provided excellent service to us and always went out of their  way to ensure we had everything we needed and much more . The kindness from the staff aswell as the abundance of  available  facilities made this an excellent experience for us both . Highly recommend this hotel to any travellers wanting an authentic Japanese experience within a very westernised ski

Shower only open from 11am-10pm which means u cant shower in the morning or if u come back late, dry room turns off at 11pm, which is terrible since night skiing ends at 930pm. Also cant leave or enter past 12pm because they lock the front door, so u cant go to any bars to enjoy past midnight. No towels provided and they charge for disposable towels which u have to keep buying if u dont hv a towel
