Excellent ship with great facilities and very friendly staff! The ship is brand new! We really enjoyed our stay on board to the fullest Overall the bay is too crowded and there is a lot of trash in the water!

Well organised and all activities included in pricing! Great sized room. Note: main pool gets heated approaching 5 pm and hinders the heat to bath tubs / showers. I was excited to have my first hot bath in years however missed the opportunity. Plan it around the pool heating. Lovely styling throughout. Bar staff need some training on cocktail making

Superb experience from check-in to check-out. Outstanding service by Bryan and team onboard - they were attentive, helpful and fun! Food onboard was great with good buffet spread and delicious 6-course dinner! On the boat, room is tastefully decorated (enjoyed the balcony and bath tub!) and there is much space to chill and hangout. Excellent itinerary providing excellent view of and immersion in Halong Bay. Timing of activities was good and not that crowded making them enjoyable and unhurried.

The room is super great. Food is amazing and offers wide range of cuisine. The staff is nice and warmhearted. The itinerary is clear. And we got upgraded as well. The most enjoyable cruise trip in my life.

非常非常非常好，船上的工作人員非常友善，任何要求他們都能幫忙滿足，因為衹有我們一家中國人，他們特地準備了中文行程單。另外有非常豐富的美食和上岸活動，船屋的夜晚非常安靜，空氣特別好，我們度過了非常愉快的假期。
