The hotel staff were always there to help. Most of the staff had a reasonably understanding of english which was helpful. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious. Buffet dinner was amazing. The breakfast buffet was to die for. My 2 friends & l thought we were in a dream it was so incredible. Thx again 100 % l will be back. All the manager's were very helpful always. If any body would complain about FLC then l would say they are royalty & don't belong with the average person.

Breakfast was good, and the hygiene was clean. The pool was large but not clean. It was okay overall.

There were three of us, so we requested an extra bed, but the room was spacious enough and we were able to relax comfortably. The hotel car took us to a Vietnamese restaurant about 300m down the road, where we enjoyed dinner overlooking Halong Bay. The breakfast buffet had an overwhelming selection of delicious dishes. It was great to have a bathtub in the bathroom.

There is a new female receptionist named Linh at the hotel. Her service attitude is very poor. She is not friendly or welcoming. Khách sạn có một nhân viên lễ tân nữ mới tên là Linh. Thái độ phục vụ của cô ấy rất kém, không nhiệt tình và không thân thiện.

The hotel itself is stunning! The views are amazing, everything is clean, and the breakfasts are delicious! It's a beautiful hotel, BUT! My vacation was ruined when I was woken up at 7:00 AM by renovation work on the roof. Since my room was on the top floor, I was woken by the terrible sound of a drill. I couldn't enjoy my rest. What's more, when I called reception, the sounds stopped for 15 minutes, then resumed again with the sound of a hammer. It was awful. My entire impression of the hotel was ruined in an instant.

I never received back the deposit they made me pay. And also someone came into our room at 12am for no reason, their excuse was the door was crooked but they opened the door and peaked inside.

The hotel was grand. The swimming pool was great for the kids not a lot much else to do there. The golf was great for dad. We had to great game there and the views were fantastic, good value overall we enjoyed the hotel and the food was good, so we will go back and play another round of golf there and stay again. The service was just medium, and the attention to customer detail was low.
