When we arrived the check in process was easy and the staff were really helpful and nice. We got into the room and were immediately greeted by a putrid smell of sewage or fish. We had just got in from a 9hr long bus journey so really wanted a shower however, the towels were dirty. The door would not lock and we had no hand soap either. We went down to reception to ask for a new room, which we were given straight away. The new room was much better although still no hand soap and the door did not lock. Food wise, the hotel only serves breakfast and lunch, which is very limited. Apart from this there is one hotpot place on the corner by the hotel but no other food places around for a good 30 minutes walk. We went on a day trip to Bai Chay beach which was around a 15 minute drive away, and it was completely empty- not another soul in sight for the whole 5 hours we were there and again with no food around. If staying in Halong I recommend staying on the Bai Chay side of the bridge instead of Hong Gai as it is very out the way of most things. The area is lovely and very well built, just the lack of places to eat made it difficult. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The area is still under construction. This (at the moment) results in a less beautiful view/environment. But I am convinced that it will be beautiful within a year. The hotel location is quite far from the city center and shopping malls. A car or taxi is needed. Or you can get bicycles at the hotel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Special note to Tracy, she has served us several times with very personalized service. Couldn't be better! The 3 restaurants in the hotel are highly recommended. We stayed 6 days in an apartment in this hotel.

Căn hộ nên tiện nghi, đầy đủ đồ dùng cần thiết để được nấu đồ mình thích. Có máy giặt để giặt đồ sau khi đi bơi về. Nhà gần chợ hải tươi ngon, bổ rẻ. Lúc quảng cáo có bể bơi, nhưng phải đi bộ tầm 3ph qua toà khác và mất phí dịch vụ. Bạn nên nói là cư dân ở chung cư để được áp dụng giá 70k/ ng/ lượt đối với bể bơi trong nhà, mở cửa từ 6:00 đến 20:00. Thấy bảo gần biển, nhưng nhà mình lưu trú đúng hôm mưa nên chưa ra được biển gần đó. Nhân viên tiếp đón nhiệt tình, chỉ cho những điểm đi thiết thực. Gần căn hộ có nhiều quán ăn ngon. Sức chứa 6 người
