Hotel berhampiran Quatre-heures, Hamamatsu

飲み会で宿泊するときに利用しました。できたばかりのホテルで部屋や廊下ロビーは綺麗です。1階にはレストラン＆バーがありましたがコロナの影響か休業との事でした。早期再開を期待したいですね。部屋は問題ない大きさですがトイレとバスタブが若干小さいような気がしました。ボディソープやシャンプーは壁に備え付けになっていますが若干のアメニティーはフロント横から必要だけ持ってくるようになります。駐車場は隣接する立体駐車場が提携していますのでそちらに駐車になります。繁華街からは近いので利用するには良いホテルです。

Small space but happy with the location, front desk personnels are really helpful. Breakfast is amazing and there is free curry at dinner time. (not always available but it’s a hit) thank you for accommodating us.

My family and I stayed at the Hotel Concorde for 5 days in August, and we enjoyed a lovely and very memorable experience during our stay. The lobby is very big, but furniture and decor is a little dated and could do with an eventual renovation. A good front desk/reception staff is the hallmark of a great hotel. As non-Japanese visitors to a less frequented area of Japan, we expected to have some difficulties communicating in Hamamatsu. Though this was largely the case, we were pleasantly surprised at the lengths hotel staff would go to in order to ensure we had a good experience. We arrived at around noon, earlier than the supposed 3pm check-in time. Our luggage from Tokyo had been sent via luggage delivery service, and the front desk informed us that all our luggage would be kept securely in the room and would be available upon check-in. We passed the time in the hotel restaurant - understandably, some staff could not understand us at first but made every possible effort to try and communicate with us. The hotel restaurant (which also serves daily buffet breakfast, lunch, and à la carte dinner) had a decent selection and we found it sufficient for our needs. Upon check-in at 3pm, we received complimentary water bottles and a single physical key to our room. Unfortunately, this is the only key, making staying in a room with other people a little inconvenient. Elevators are fast and frequent, offering access to coin laundry, food and beverage vending machines, ice machines, an unagi and a Japanese restaurant, as well as guest rooms. An amenity station is provided at the entrance to each floor, where guests can help themselves to instant tea and coffee, toiletries, and even a clothing press. Rooms are basic but clean and practical. Adapters are provided upon request. There are robes and slippers within the drawers, a bag for dirty towels, and tea bags. One feature my family appreciated was a laundry status channel on the television, in which guests can see which laundry machines are in use, and how much time each has left. Our room had an amazing view of the Hamamatsu City Hall and the Hamamatsu Castle. The housekeeping schedule can be variable - there was one day where the maids were just getting started on our room at 3pm. However, cleaning seems to be fast and efficient. In terms of location, we eventually settled on the Hotel Concorde due to its proximity to a friend's apartment. It is about a 15-minute walk from the Hamamatsu train station. A Family Mart is located just across the street, and there is a beautiful Starbucks location in the Hamamatsu Castle park. Taxis don't seem to pass by the area too often, but hotel staff can always make a call for you. Though there isn't a large selection of restaurants nearby, most locations are within a 10-minute walk. The hotel room was a lot smaller than I expected. It’s possibly because of the difference in photos online and the actual room in person. The stay was ok. I was only at the hotel for sleep or stopping by to drop something off. The location is extremely good since it’s right by the station. I would give full marks in that. If you’re not staying at the hotel for long, I recommend it.

The location is very good, very close to the train station. And it's quiet, very comfortable.

My dad has a saying ”all fur coat and no knickers” which in essence is this hotel.... there is grandeur as you walk in to the lobby and main areas but that all changes as soon as you enter the rooms.... which i'm guessing were last updated circa 1880!! You get an old fashioned key - not the worst but you kind of can guess what is to come, the room was stifling, disgustingly hot, we had to go to the lobby to get any information about cooling (distantly there is one) it is simply a fan and there was no cool air, the windows were locked so no relief there either.... we ended up wetting towels to put over ourselves!!! the bed cover was immediately taken off it was heavy and old fashioned.... the beds were uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. the bathroom was just as hideous, a small capsule with a shower over the tub (a pet peeve of mine) and for a short person such as much it was not easy to navigate, the shower wasn't much better. every hotel we have stayed at in Japan provided water in the room and an air purifier - this offered neither. the breakfast was basic buffet and a free for all, i would not recommend this hotel and this it should be scrapped from the tour list

今回は、静岡県民Gotoキャンペーンを利用して宿泊しました。 1泊朝食付きでコンフォートフロアを利用するプランでした。(映画が見放題です！） こちらのホテルは、人工温泉の大浴場があります。利用時間も午後3時から深夜を除く、午前10時までと利用時間が長く良いです。 朝食は、バイキングでした。豊富なメニューで大満足です。 ホテルの近くには、飲食店やコンビニもあり便利です。

浜松を訪れて、舘山寺温泉に宿泊した際に利用した温泉旅館です。 浜松湖畔に建つ、元は花乃井という温泉旅館だったそうですが、宿泊したときは、星野リゾートの高級旅館ブランド「界」になっていました。 全３３室の和洋室・レイクビューの客室で、琉球畳とフローリングを配した和モダンな空間ですが、客室にはシャワーブースのみです。 １階の別棟に男女別の広々とした温泉があり、特に不自由は感じませんでした。 界独特のおもてなしは、日本一のお茶処にちなんだ「美茶楽」 のおもてなしと、旬の食材を取り入れた会席料理で、河豚と鰻を堪能できました。

家族で浜名湖を観に来てふらっと立ち寄りました。少し小腹が満たせれば…くらいの軽い気持ちで行ったのですが、ご飯もデザートもおいしかったです！ 器とかもオシャレで、楽しかった✨ 何とも、スタッフの方の対応が良かったです😌 軽食と食事の場所の違いを理解できていなかったのですが、何度も嫌な顔ひとつせず、丁寧にご説明いただいた上、ご案内までしていただきました。 （小さい子もいたのですが、OKしていただきました✨嬉しかった…！） 今度は、ゆっくり泊まりに来たいです！

駅前に立地するホテルで新しくてきれいな建物です。駐車場は線路を越えた裏側にあるため徒歩では近いですが車では10分くらいかかります。車で行く場合はいったんホテル前に止めて説明を受けてから駐車場に移動するのがおすすめです。部屋はこじんまりとしてますが新しくてきれい、お湯の水圧もよかったです。ビジネスホテルらしく音漏れは結構するので選べるならエレベーターから離れた部屋がおすすめです。正面の部屋にとまったらエレベーターの到着時の音声案内が聞き取れるくらいです。パブリックバスがあり足をのばしては入れるもよかったです。現在は朝は入れないそうで、せっかく広いパウダールームがあるのに使えなかったのはちょっと残念でした。 駐車場料金について少しトラブルがあったのですが、電話でのやりとりでとても丁寧にご対応いただきました。こういった時にしっかり対応してくれるホテルは安心して泊まれます。また近くに行く場合はここにしようと思います。
