Stayed here for 2 nights from 11th - 13th
Was under the impression it would be a good hotel
As it was quite pricey & had decent reviews.
1. Windows did not open & the reception refused
to open them,
Having stayed over 2 nights with no fresh air in the room was horrible.
Air conditioning was broken & did not work, Ran the air conditioning the whole day/time I was there & the room was still unbearably hot.
2. First night of the stay found multiple small black bugs on the bed had to check the whole bed before sleep to remove any & asked for the sheets to be changed the next day.
3. Broken pieces of glass found in our room near the window on the floor.
4. 20 minutes after check in, I was sitting on the end of the bed unpacking my bag & my partner having a shower when 2 hotel staff a man & woman knocked one time & barged there way into the room…
They apologised, But in reality this pissed me off and is unprofessional.
5. The tv in our room had been dislodged from the wall bracket and was sitting there on a heavy angle,
No tooth brush or anything of the sort provided, had to go down stairs to a local pharmacy/supermarket to buy a tooth brush.
6. The phone provided in the room did not make calls to the front desk or work, you would press 1 digit & it would sound like a siren.
My final resolution for this hotel is DO NOT STAY HERE.
For half of the price you can stay somewhere that has windows that open and fresh air & don’t have bugs on the beds.
I had to stay with my partner for 2 whole nights in a hot/muggy/uncomfortable temperature.
Look the staff where nice this was probably the only good things about this hotel, But it’s expected you’re a hotel..
I did not bring any of these points to the front reception at the time of stay, As my criticism & bad points where starting become more then just one.
