Ulasan Phnx Aparthotel Hamburg

Very modern and Skandinavian design rooms. Perfectly located in front of Hamburg Harburg train station. Shopping Mall and Cinemax are just a few minutes walk. The only thing I disliked was very strong sewage smell in the bathroom, unfortunately this sometimes happens and the accommodation cannot do much to avoid it.

出差入住，還是比較滿意的，離地鐵站很近，但離central比較遠，樓下也總是在裝修，這一點不是很友好。

酒店總體還可以，早餐去得早挺豐盛，去得晚就沒多少剩的了，住了五天，期間雖然掛了打掃房間的牌子，但他們沒進來打掃

The cleaning After 3 dans didnt take Place and we Head to remind twice before it was dine one day before we left.

The bed is not comfortable and make noises when you move, the cleanness is fair especially the floor it’s really dirty you cannot walk without slippers.

No parking on site but easily remedied by the nearby P&B parking garage. A quick and short walk thru the train station and all was awesome! The rooms are really great as is the roomy lounge! Construction is underway and blocks the entire entrance to the hotel. It has also created a hazardous and muddy mess! Definitely cannot be physically impaired/disabled to stay here until construction is completed! This is not the fault of The Phoenix and I’m sure the city will eventually finish this project! I feel the lobby staff was nice but not very helpful or accommodating to the guest, but I will chalk that up to youth and poor professional training. We had drinks in the lounge and while tasty, we waited for quite a bit for service and even longer for the drinks. Overall it was a great stay for my family. Will definitely check in advance for construction updates next booking. Super close to the train station and mall! 8/10 simply because of the horrible construction site at the fault of the city.

Great apartment-hotel to stay in Harburg (20 min from Hamburg). Self check in and check out worked great!

Harburg self was a bit dissapointing the bed in the hotel wasn’t great, parking tip: go behind the trainstation and find the parking garage for only 2 euro per 24 hrs. It is a 15 min walk back to the hotel, but it’s the cheapest parking available, at the shopping centre next door it’ the 1st 2 hours for free…this is a smaller walk if you have many bags to carry

Very convenient for Hamburg Harburg station. Rooms small but cosy, and very comfortable. Not their fault, but a messy construction zone right outside

The lift, delicious breakfast and cozy&clean room were great

Was a little expensive for the size of room, but Hamburg seems to be a bit more pricey than some other places in Germany. Was pretty hot in the hallways.

We Like the Style and the Location. W-lan war great. IT was a little loud in the morning

Well placed and well priced. The room was very comfortable. The bar/lounge was a great plus
