The room has self-catering facilities, which is a nice touch overall.

Getting around was quite convenient, with several subway stations within a 10-minute walk. There was also a supermarket nearby. We stayed for 5 nights, and there was no housekeeping service during our stay unless we paid extra. Disposable toiletries like toothbrushes and slippers were not provided, but you could purchase them at the front desk. Overall, it was still a good stay.

Overall comfortable stay with clean room. Private parking is available for €25 per night which convenient for us.

I stayed at this hotel again, and as always, it was comfortable and clean. The hotel had a great atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The rooms were pleasantly cool during the summer and quiet enough for sleeping. The location is convenient, so I highly recommend it for families.

I've stayed at this chain's branch in Frankfurt before, so I chose it again for my trip to Hamburg. It's quiet for sleeping and parking is easy, which is great! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The location of this hotel is great, and the room was very clean. I slept exceptionally well! It also has a kitchen, and the front desk staff were very polite and enthusiastic. I would definitely choose this place again if I come back to Hamburg, especially since shopping is so convenient!

The hotel felt very secure. The lobby doors close at 11 PM, and you need your room key to get in. It's quite close to the U1 subway line, and the U3/U1 lines share the same station, though the exits are a bit far apart. The hotel service was excellent, the bedding was very comfortable, and the room had plenty of space. There were also utensils and a stove for cooking. The air conditioning wasn't very cold in the summer, which I've also experienced in other parts of Germany; it felt more like a fan.

Okay for a short visit.

Everything was perfect, but one thing that could improve. I stayed in the room which exactly on the side of the access door to the rooms area. It was a little noisy, as you could hear when the door is opening and closing.

The hotel is great.

A lot of the things in the room like the fridge was not turned on and it was not explained to me that I needed to turn this on so my food spoiled. The towel dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. Hand sanitiser on all floors were empty and when I asked someone to refill them, they did not. a few days later when I checked the sanitises was still empty on all floors in the gym area. There is only one washer and dryer and you have to wait hours for the person before you to finish. The kitchen area was very small and there was no place to dry your dishes. Not the best place for me and I will not be going back.
