🌟 _A fantastic stay from start to finish!_ The staff at Hampton by Hilton Hamburg City Centre were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and cozy—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Hamburg. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a great variety to suit every taste. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport and major attractions. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hamburg!

Overall a good experience. The hotel was located a 10 minute walk to central. The accessibility of the bus stopping outside the hotel from town. The hotel was clean tidy and staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good and the generL surroundings is calm and quiet. The only downside was the pillows . Too soft and just not comfortablefor a good night's sleep.

We arrived at the hotel just after 3pm (check in time), the room wasn't ready and we had to wait about 1 hour and a half. The day after the housekeeping didn't clean the room because apparently you have to put a green card outside the door.. and no one at the reception had informed us, so I called the reception and asked them to clean the room (it was 5:30 pm) and they said they would send someone right away. After about 5 minutes later two girls arrive with towels saying it's too late to clean the room! I told these matters at the check out and the lady at the desk she compensated us by offering us free parking and the soft drinks we drank the night before. At least something appreciated.

Great place. Friendly staff. My only problem was that the tv was not a smart one. No Netflix, YouTube etc. so you’re stack with German tv.

Room was clean, breakfast selection was fine (although could have more selection daily). 5 mins bus ride (112) from central bus station. Overall a good experience! Thank you.

The location of the hotel is good and it is convenient to travel. The view from the hotel window is also very good. The space is large and there is a big bed. There is breakfast, the taste is OK, and there are many options.

The breakfast is quite rich, but after going out for dozens of days, all the hotels are the same, with no changes in style. After the novelty is gone, it is hard to swallow. But the ingredients are absolutely safe, and there is no technological innovation. The bathroom door and the wardrobe door share the same door, which is very heavy and inconvenient to pull back and forth. The room tripped inexplicably in the morning. After reporting the problem, the electrician did not come until the afternoon. The bed in the room is not too soft, it is quite comfortable, and the waist will not hurt. The location of the hotel is good, it is convenient to go to the warehouse area and the museum. There is a 112 bus at the door, and a city train is 900 meters away. It is convenient to go anywhere. It is very suitable to relax here after shopping. It is more cost-effective to buy a coupon in advance
