It was a great stay! The bus stop is just downstairs. The hotel is only two stops away from the central station, which is very convenient. The breakfast was nice; the croissants were delicious. The room was also very spacious.

Great Location and Reliable Comfort in Hamburg! I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Hamburg City Centre for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Location: Very convenient. Can take the city bus from the main train station (Hbf) and stop at Repsoldstraße which is directly infront of the hotel. Rooms: Clean, modern, and well-designed. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent despite being central. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options. Staff: Friendly, welcoming, and quick with the check-in process.

Great stay — second time and still amazing I had another wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Hamburg — this was actually my second time here. The first time I stayed with my mother, and this time with my fiancée, and both experiences have been consistently great. The service is excellent. The staff are always smiling, very kind, and extremely polite, which really makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Everything about the hotel feels lovely and well taken care of. The gym is nice and well-equipped, perfect if you want to keep up your routine while traveling. Breakfast is amazing — plenty of options and everything fresh and tasty, definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location is also fantastic. It’s close to public transport (there’s a tram stop nearby), making it easy to get around the city. There’s also a great falafel/döner spot close by if you’re looking for a late-night snack, which was a fun bonus. Plus, it’s very close to Westfield, where you can enjoy the scenery and find lots of nice restaurants and shops. Overall, an amazing stay once again. Thank you to the whole team — I’ll definitely be back.

The room facilities were complete, and it even had a kettle. It's about a 13-minute walk to the hotel from the train station, passing the Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe Hamburg and then walking behind the Ibis – very convenient. There were a lot of guests checking in, and breakfast was less crowded before 7 AM. The front desk staff were very welcoming and check-in was quick. I'm very satisfied.

Couldn't understand why didn't they have door full coverage of shower room, water always leaking when taking shower

The hotel's location is decent, about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and there's a small convenience store nearby. However, the room was a bit small, which felt a bit cramped with a child. The breakfast was also just okay, not particularly varied.

Service was good, can keep the bag for us after check-out,room was clean, the location not very good but you can catch the bus to the HBF station. Breakfast is good but the options have to be improved.

Hotel a little far from hbf rooms are clean and eorkers friendly

The breakfast was very mediocre, and the bed was uncomfortable.

Room is spacious and clean, everything basic provided. Bed , Pillow, Mattress and Blanket are comfortable. Water heater and water pressure is good. Breakfast quite standard not but a lot of variety. Overall a good experience.
