整體不錯，尤其是早餐可口豐盛，煮麪的阿姨服務態度很好，水果很好吃，不愧是瓜果之鄉。扣掉的一星是客房的問題，我們連住兩天，回來後發現取電卡不見了，冰箱裏還冰着食物，沒有電，冰箱也不能用。還好衹是食物，如果是葯物呢？很多葯物是需要冷藏的，這是很危險的事情。後來問了打掃的阿姨，她説不知道就給拔了，然後把卡還給了我們。洗漱台上的一大包化粧棉也不見了（我猜也許我放的地方不對，放洗漱台那個小盒子上面，讓她誤認為是垃圾了），但是睡覺時發現枕頭下面的耳塞盒子也不見了，這對於睡覺輕的我來説是致命的。沒辦法衹能叫**送來。打掃衞生的阿姨年紀很大，能理解，所以沒有找酒店投訴。但是希望酒店能加強培訓，發生更嚴重的事情就不好了。

酒店位置不錯，出行方便，服務優秀，停車場有充電樁，保安大哥還用水管幫我沖洗了車上的灰塵和小蟲，早餐必須贊一個，大海道景色震撼人心，感歎大自然的鬼斧神工😄就是北門出來的非鋪裝路面太長了，顛的屁股疼

特別好。此行新疆20多天，能排的上好感度前三的酒店。 設施很齊全很新，房間飲用水管夠，有備洗衣液，餐廳餐具乾淨不説了，酸奶，牛奶，粥，果汁，居然都細心的提供不一樣的餐具，雖然沒有去享用，不過酒店還提供了宵夜和自助洗車服務，真的算是很周到。 然後服務也特別熱情，前台，衞生阿姨，食堂阿姨，所有工作人員都會主動跟客人問好，有時候就算沒有目光相交，也會跟客人打招呼，特別好。 遇到一點點小問題，但是解決的很快，也很主動表達歉意。 感覺一定是從老闆開始就真的能站在客人立場上考慮事情，特別好。值得強烈推薦。 你們的熱情就算客人沒有及時迴應，也一定能感受到的加油💪💪💪
