We truly enjoyed our stay at The Hotel Chalet! The decor was beautiful & the staff was so helpful & accommodating. They definitely go out of their way to make your stay as great as it can be! The rooms were clean & extremely spacious, & the beds & pillows were so comfortable. You really can't beat the location right there at the Choo Choo. We had a wonderful time & will absolutely be back!! You should go, it is so worth it!

If being saturated in the smell of sewage (I assume from the nearby city sewer system), being terminally tormented by the tedious sounds of traffic, cringing all night at the excruciating cacophony of construction activity, wincing at the grating sound of city vehicles cleaning streets and emptying dumpsters outside your room all night, being deafened at 4 a. m. by a diesel delivery truck parked outside your room running their refrigeration units at 120 decibels and clanging on metal unloading ramps loudly enough to wake the deceased, and a general unawareness of and indifference to your suffering and the very idea that a lodger might wish to sleep at night are what you seek, this hotel is for you! The hotel was clean and neat inside the room and conveniently located near City Cafe and a public transport stop, however, the notion that a lodger might desire sleep seems to have escaped them. In my personal experience Hotel Bo now has pride of place for providing (or not providing, rather) the worst night of ”sleep” (torture, rather) at a hotel that I have had in half a century. I honestly could have slept in my truck in a Walmart parking lot and been happier and more rested right now. I find it humorously ironic, I guess, that I arrived after midnight due to a difficult journey thinking I would crash hard and sleep through any disturbance a hotel might have the capacity to conjure up in the night, not knowing that the fates were already laughing devilishly at what they had planned for me at Hotel Bo. So, here I sit at City Cafe (since 5 a. m., by the way) musing to myself about my own idiocy. Caveat emptor.

This was a one-night stay on our way back to Florida. Hotel was close to I-75, so easy on & off. Check-in and check- out were super fast, desk clerks were very friendly, but only the morning guy was masked up. Room & shower were really nice. Stayed on a Sunday night so it was nice & quiet. Walked to Champy’s to eat dinner & watch football games. Had a full breakfast buffet (we were the only ones in face masks). They had eggs & Canadian bacon and biscuits & gravy, plus all the regular cold stuff (cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, etc.). We would definitely stay here again!

Clean comfy hotel. Breakfast was good and staff working hard to make sure area was clean and stocked. Eggs pancakes sausage cereal oatmeal bagels. . Front desk people very nice. Fridge but no microwave or coffee maker. We had some leftovers and were able to heat them in the kitchen area. Coffee and tea available in lobby 24 hrs. Ample charging ports. Nice place for single stop but for 2 people staying awhile, I would book a hotel with a larger room. Would definitely stay again.

The American breakfast is almost the same. The hotel is in a good location, with dining and parking. Marriott's hotels are better than general hotel chains, and it is more convenient to drive to tourist attractions.

We have stayed at this property every year for the past several years. We come to town for the Valentine's Dinner Train. The staff has been pleasant and helpful. The morning breakfast staff does an excellent job. The room was clean and comfortable.
