Wir hatten über den BVB einen Adrenalin-Trip gebucht und waren hier untergebracht. Es hat alles gepasst. Der Empfang war freundlich und wir haben direkt vom Hotel unsere Tickets bekommen. Das Zimmer war zu dritt mit ausgezogener Schlafcouch schon eng, aber für 2 Nächte vollkommen ausreichend. Die Betten waren gemütlich, das Bad sauber und vor allem war das Zimmer im ersten Stock ruhig. Das Frühstück war für ein günstiges Kettenhotel wirklich gut. Es gab vergleichsweise viel Auswahl. Die U-Bahn Station ist quasi direkt vorm Hotel, man kommt also super in die Stadt. Auch abends fuhr die Bahn noch alle 15 Minuten. Auto kann man bequem auf dem Hotel Parkplatz stehen lassen. Also wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

We stayed 2 nights as part of a package to see Borussia Dortmund play. The hotel is well outside the city centre however it is conveniently located across the road from a light railway station that had a regular service to the city centre, taking approximately 15 minutes. Staff where friendly and helpful at check in and helped us to move room when we were booked into a double instead of a twin room. Unfortunately the air conditioning problem mentioned in a previous review still persists and we got hot air when we put it on, no matter setting we used. We reverted to the old fashioned method of cooling the room and opened the window. Unfortunately the breakfast in the hotel was very poor, no cereal suitable for children or bread for tasting. Although staff were generally helpful and friendly with such a poor breakfast offering we wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed here for one night. If you arrive after 18:30 on a weekday or after 13:00 on weekends, you have to use the machine to check in. Easy enough, but seems odd there is no one to contact in case of issues like noisy neighbors, etc . For example, we wanted to use the EV charger, but couldn't. I also thought it was incredibly cheap that the bill included surcharges of 1 Euro for internet and 2 Euros for parking. The restaurant was also closed although the web site does not say this. The room was beautiful, but noisy. Be aware also that the hotel is not a ”few steps” from the old central area, it is more like 10-15 minutes depending on destination and your walking speed. It is quite close to the railway station though.

Chose this place primarily for its Gym facilities, and it absolutely delivered on it. On top of that, the place also offered a cool student vibe blended with boutique chic decor and atmosphere. A great value for money at the heart of the old town, right in the middle of all the Christmas market and festivities. LOCATION: Excellent location in the heart of town and right next to the main cathedral and the buzzing pedestrian shopping street. DINE + DRINK: The BASEOLOGY rooftop bar is quite cool to get a pre-drink in the evening, especially around sunset. ROOM: We stayed in Room 570, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Nice lateral views of the main cathedral, and the the Ferris wheel set up for Christmas; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good spa quality toiletries. FACILITIES: Very decent Gym with a good range of weights and Cardio machines divided into two levels. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment primarily in GERMAN and very few options in English (primarily News and music!

PPengguna TetamuComfortable rooms, good bar and restaurant and underground parking make this an ideal stop-over. Stayed here on the way to Denmark and on the return journey to the UK. The breakfast offering is absolutely superb and full marks to the staff who quickly clear tables and replenish the buffet. An extra coffee machine wouldn’t go amiss. It can be a long wait at busy periods. Great fan of the Accor brand.

Dieses Haus der B&B-Kette überzeugt durch seine Lage, gut zu erreichen mit der Bahn da direkt am Hauptbahnhof gelegen, aber auch mit dem PKW gut zu erreichen und es gibt, soweit verfügbar kostenloses Parkplätze direkt am Haus! Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gut für 1-2 Nächte ausgestattet und, das muss erwähnt werden, das Bad ist gut ausgestattet und hat neben einer recht großen Dusche, alles was man benötigt, so auch einen Föhn! Sehr gut das Pricing! Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt und können dazu keine Angaben machen. Was auch überzeugt ist das angebotene ”Online Check-In” Verfahren. So spart man viel Zeit und kann sofort das Zimmer beziehen!
