كانت اقامة جيدة ومريحة..... يعطيكم الصحة...... قضينا ليلة طيبة في اجواء ممتعة..... زرنا اكثر من مرة النزل ولاحظت تغيير كبير على مستوى التجهزات والديكور.... تزويق حلو برشا شخنا بالصور.... وبحول الله لنا زيارات اخرى....

After spending nearly 3 hrs trying to sort issues out at the hotel with one of your reps (via text, disgraceful), not one thing was sorted out. The hotel was a total disgrace and not even worthy of 1 star let alone 4. Everything about the hotel was bad, even the animation team (90%) were taking ***** in view of holiday makers staying there. Mini bar (supposed to filled) only had water. Had to change rooms 3 times to get something not even close to what we payed for. Indoor pool closed. Food repetitive, to the point we ended up eating out 8 nights of our 12. Bar drink selection ridiculous, we had to buy our own drink from a local market. Everyone one we spoke to had very similar issues and no joy trying to contact you. My partner along with other friends we made were ill on several occasions due to bad cleanliness and conditions. Rooms were in very bad condition. Security on the gate never once approached us to ask who we are when entering the complex. Absolutely ridiculous holiday, I have never written a complaint before but the holiday has been an experience I never want to have again. Will never (if I can help it) use Love Holidays again to book an holiday.

Not sure were to start really but here goes. So just to begin I have never written a bad review in 23 years of travelling or have I tried getting a flight home. The hotel is dirty very very dated and is in desperate need of some kind of overhall. We waited absolutely hours for our room on check in day and it was filthy nothing worked we were then moved room after been told I could only use the air con with a screwdriver room 2 was abit better but then after 2 days everything in this room broke so we were moved for a 3rd time which again was a small improvement no cleaner in for the whole 14 days I had to make my beds up with sheets from reception areas all around were just d8wn right grubby cat poo around the pool and on the seats in the bar area drinks are served in cups from a kids party the food being served is luke warm and extremley repetitive. Cats everywhere including dining area were there is food on the floor All of the above was reported to staff but nobody really seemed to be bothered. There was plenty of people there with all the same complaints but I think the cherry on the cake had to be the ***** it was diabolical seeing staff members with it still under there nose when I say staff I mean bar staff and animation team (who's primary job is to entertain children) All we expected was a clean hotel with descent service but you had to tip to get it when actually you should be tipping because your getting good service Toilet rolls and fresh towels is a nightmare Don't lean on the balcony ours was rotten and falling to bits When you make a complaint the staff do not let you speak and are extremley rude. Please avoid this hotel it's dirty and run down and the staff couldn't care less.

Hotel was amazing thr food once you enter thr Hotel it's beautiful the rooms are abit dated but your never in them the staff do everything they can to make your stay feel very welcome the bar staff are amazing always serve with a smile they work soo hard for use the clearness is amazing beds are comtable the entertainment team are amazing Ryan (ramos )flash and the Boss they make do with everything they have with them never stop laughing could not fault the whole team walking around thr pool all day with activities fir thr kids and adults. Would definitely come again ❤️❤️❤️

Its my first time here in riviera hotel and it was amazing, I like my room it’s so big and comfy,the view from balcony it’s amazing. The food not bad but it could be better. Staff are okyy nothing wrong with them. It was amazing holiday for me and i wanna give the big thanks and love for the animation team,every day entertaining non stop❤️

Where shall l start? Should you visit this resort, take time to look around. Not everything was explained. The hotel building itself needs an upgrade. An injection of money is needed for the upkeep of the building and its fixtures and fittings. Example: chipped floor tiles, carpet needs replacing or at least washing, light fittings broken or hanging off the walls, light sensors not work, parts of building need cleaning and painting properly...... Wifi is more miss than hit. You may find some staff are happy to help, attentive to your needs, and know how to interactive and serve, and some are obviously not. I found a couple of bar staff ignored myself and my husband on sepate occasions although we were next in line to be served and served people behind us intead. An older bald head barman was clearly bias in his ways. I raised this with what seemed to be the bar manger or supervisor who tried to squash my complaint by saying 'maybe l didn't smile enough'. This was a very rude and ignorant response. Got a half hearted apology and said he had 'sorted it out' with the bar man. The food is repetitive but lots of variety. Loved the fresh fruits and salads. Thank you to the waiter who works breakfast and lunch in the second service station nearest the entrance to the food hall. Very quick efficient and always polite and tops up your glass. Maid service was vey good, thank you Marion. The entertainment team worked hard to keep visitors happy and entertained. If you expect alcohol, it is limited. The severing cups are also small, like children beaker cups. I suggest bringing a water bottle. I would not rate this hotel 4 star, however, l dont know what criteria makes a 4 star hotel in Tunisia.

Wow! what can we say we visited for the third time in 13 months Hotel Riviera is brilliant there is something for everyone this time was a little different as under new management and was a lovely change the restaurant is lovely and clean and a wide range of foods for all the desserts are lovely and staff are always friendly Reception area is nice and clean and a lovely place to cool off from the hot sun all decorated in Tunisian style culture style marble floors through out.. a little shop always handy reception staff are always happy to help with anything.. Indoor pool and the spa is a must if it interests you there's is different types to choose Nadir is very helpful Captain Jack is your trip guy he's lovely and will never let you down and Fitty is the camera man he did us some lovely pictures..The bar staff are great always polite there's a little children's section in the no smoking area at the bar for smaller children to entertain the gardens and pool area are kept lovely and clean lots of activities on all day for all ages Led by the entertainment staff they are all so friendly and do a great job there's a little shop and Tattoos also available I had a couple done would highly recommend his work.. there is a short walk to the beach beautiful and clean a lovely place to relax.. the rooms are cleaned daily but if you go short of anything just ask at reception always happy to help.. There is a mini disco at night for smaller children and then it's Show Time all the entertainment staff work hard together and do all kinds of different shows well done to all of you see you again next year Tunisia 2025!
