بإستثناء موظف اسمه عبدالعزيز قصير القامة نذل جدا في التعامل في البوفيه مع النزلاء يجبرهم على الجلوس في طاولات محددة حتى تسهل له عملية التنظيف وحتى قبل لا ان ينتهو من الاكل يسالهم finished or no ..اما الفندق جميل جدا المظهر العام للفندق يجلب الاسترخاء موظفي الاستقبال جدا لطفاء مرونة في التعامل وتسهيل الإجراء الغرفة نظيفة جدا ومشرحة المكان قريب من الأماكن الحيوية بمسافة نصف كيلو تقريبا . اقامة به لاتمل من حيت المرافق والنشاطات نهارا وليلا.

This hotel has been outstanding, in its staff, service, support, rooms and everything that make a great hotel to stay in. From the time we checked in, to the rooms, with the staff so so helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with a sea view and a suite room was just fabulous, water, up to date coffee machines, daily clean and refreshing of items, restaurants were outstanding with not only local food at hand, but with international food as well, all food was hot and breakfast times were excellent. Bars, pool areas were clean and the lifeguards at hand, sun beds and towels at hand, waiter staff at hand to hand over your drinks, we really enjoyed the whole experience staying at this hotel. The general manager, she was outstanding, with her help, support and advising us where to go on our walk abouts, as we had a gent with us ( 2 couples holiday) who is partly sited. And the staff made sure we were take care off. One week stay in November for relaxation, this hotel is for calming and chilling, as this hotel is for adults only and the sister hotel next door is for kids and excellent for outstanding spa treatments, worth the money and it has a heated indoor pool and the spa pools are party outside. Will definitely come to this hotel again and again.
