Work always takes you up to interesting destinations and this time around it was Germany. It seemed like a great stay next to the backyard river with a jogging and cycling track thrown in, had a wonderful time at this great small property with a mini gym and breakfast buffet thrown in. A special mention for the wonderful staff specially Violetta'bajraja' ( I hope I remember her name correctly)at the check in desk which welcomes everyone around with a smile and is always willing to walk the extra mile for the guests, all in all a good property with big rooms and comfortable stay, I wish all it's members a very best for the future endeavours cheers!

Situated approximately 6/7 mins walk from Offenbach Kaiserslai S Bahn station. Check in was very friendly and quick and the common areas of the hotel looked newly renovated and was decorated in modern style in fact you could still smell the paint. Room was quite large, clean, very quiet and also newly renovated. Bathroom had a powerful shower and hairdryer and the bed was comfy. The only problem I could see was there were only three coat hangers between two people. The only downside to this hotel is it’s location, it is situated in a business area without any amenities apart from a McDonalds a few minutes walk away, and although the hotel offered a bar at very good prices we didn’t see any evidence of food being offered. All in all a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, modern and clean rooms and brilliant value for the price paid

This was my third time at the Delta hotel and first time after 3 years. The stay was good but there were signs that the service level has somewhat decreased from before. The Delta hotel still has great value for location, nice and clean rooms, delicious breakfast and efficient service. However, there were many details missing and rooms have shown signs of wear and tear like stained carpet, worn sofa surfaces. For starters, got the keys of the Moxy hotel. Housekeeping missed to clean our room one day. Noone responded to my texts and requests on the app and I tried to call the hotel to notify about our delayed arrivals and noone picked up. After checkout, I’m still waiting for my folio and they only credited 1 out of 2 nights to my Bonvoy account. To their credit, the on-site requests were handled promptly. Fortunately the small misses did not affect our stay overall. In the end we did have a good stay and got a good value compared to other Marriott options in town.

Lovely hotel, very clean and great ambiance in all public areas. Fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh hot and excellent cold selections. Room was a nice size, beautifully tiled bathroom, and lots of hot water. View was great too. Bed was comfortable with two fluffy pillows (only used one). Bar food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful and offered a breakfast to go for our early flight departure. I did note a 2 euro price to borrow an umbrella, which seemed petty. Location is perfect, beside the river, lots of restaurants close by. Old Town is about 15 minute walk away, and Main train station 30 minutes walk or 15 minutes on # 11 bus (Ostend train station was closed but it is only 4 minute walk). Airport is other side of city, so about 30 minute car ride. Highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Frankfurt. We stayed four nights.

This is a 100 years old hotel; we choose this hotel because of the hotel interior has a very authentic look liken that you are in the 60’s feeling compared to modern building hotels. It looks old from the outside but it very cleans from the inside. All the rooms are big and renovated and very clean. There are fan and heater in the room. The hotel is located at the right side of Frankfurt HBF, very convenience for those travelling by train. Hotel provide welcome drink with champaign on arrival and also free flow of coffee and tea, cake in the reception area until 6.00pm every day. In the room the provide pepsi cola, orange juice, water and other soft drink in their refrigerator free of charge. Breakfast is Euro15.00 with salmon fish. We have read some negative review on outside the hotel but so far it is safe as we go in and out of the hotel many times. When you travel don’t show off all your valuable in any European countries. We stay at the room facing the back therefore it is very peaceful and quite at night. The receptionists both men and women are very friendly, helpful and good. Should we go there again we will consider this hotel again.

We have been at this Restaurant a couple of times over the last years. It was good and is a family owened place. Actually, we were very positively surprised the last visit. It has been upgraded dramatically. The interior has been lovely refurbished and decorated. The exterior has been nicely improved as well. And of course, the most important, the food is outstanding still. Very good quality and freshness, very well presented and very tasteful. The menu shows a good variaty of german dishes and some local specialities. The wine menu is not too big, but offers a good selection of german and international wines. We spend another outstanding dinner recently and will come back for sure. If you are in mood for a quiet place to enjoy food, nature and german hospitality, this is the place to go.

Stayed here to watch my son play hockey at the local hockey club. Easy access to frankfurt Airport and city. Plenty of nice cafes in hanau too. Room was clean and well equipped as was bathroom. Enjoyed the small but functional gym room too Breakfast had a good selection of quality items, replenished frequently throughout service. Staff attentive and friendly Perhaps a coffee machine in room would be a nice touch!

PPengguna TetamuGuten Tag meine Damen und Herren Ich war vom 11. -13. November 2022 Gast im Hotel Plaza in Hanau. Gerne möchte ich Sie darüber Informieren, dass das Hotel nicht den Sicherheit Vorschriften entspricht. Der Grund dafür ist wie folgt, im späteren Abend (Uhr 00:30) konnte ich nicht mehr in mein Zimmer da der Schlüssel nicht mehr funktionierte. Darauf hin haben wir mehrmals probiert (mit dem Notruf der Polizei und der Feuerwehr ) das betreffenden Personal über die Notfall Nummer anzurufen (ohne erfolg das Telefon war ausgeschaltet). Die Rezeption war die ganze Nacht nicht besetzt. Es gibt zweit Notfall Nummer, die eine im Aufzug ist ungültig und die anderen an der Rezeption ausgeschaltet. In diesem falle ist es unverantwortlich, dass ein Hotel mit über 100 Betten keine Nachportier hat der Dienst hat. Die Polizei hat mich gegen Uhr 03:10 angerufen und mir mitgeteilt, dass sie jemanden gefunden haben, die mir weiterhelfen kann. Ich bitte Sie diese Bewertung in ihres Hotelportal zu veröffentlichen damit die Gäste kein unnötiges Risiko eingehen müssen weil eine Hotelkette mit Sparmaßnahmen die Sicherheit der Hotelgäste aufs spiel setzt. Der Ganze Vorfall ist bei der Polizei in Hanau Protokolliert. Freundliche Grüsse Gast

PPengguna TetamuWir waren im Römerhof in Hanau, gleich um die Ecke vom Tripp Inn, wozu der Römerhof als 2-Sterne Haus gehört. Waren nur zum schlafen dort und sehr zufrieden. Hatten 2 Einzelbetten und diese waren schön getrennt so dass mein Mann TV schauen konnte ohne mich zu stören.
