Hotel berhampiran Day Camp Fileld, Handa

I stayed at this hotel based on location to airport, nearby sites, and early breakfast. The hotel staff was nice and check in and out was easy. The rooms were spacious enough, clean, and modern. The rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice as it started at 6 am which worked out for us. Quality of the food was alright, nothing great but it was nice to have a coffee and some food early in the day. The hotel is a short walk to the train station.

공항근처에 1박하구 싶어서 예약했는데 저렴한가격에 조식까지 포함되서 좋았어요. 직원 모두 친절하구, 청소도 깔끔하게 되어서 좋았어요. 방이 아늑하구, 바다가 보이는 방을 주셔서 푹 잘쉬다가 왔어요~^^

Since I had an early morning flight, I selected for this rather newish Marriott branded property (I believe it was ＜ 3 year old) close to Nagoya Chubu International airport for 1 night. Location The property is located about 5-10 mins walk from the Nagoya Chuba airport station. Outside of that, there is not much in the area outside of other nearby airport hotels. It is located next to the water, therefore the waterview is quite assured. The hotel does provide an airport shuttle especially during the morning hours - which I did not use as the walk to the airport was very doable even with large luggage. There is a walk bridge connecting the terminal to this airport hotel area. Check In I arrived quite late, around 11 pm at the property to intially an empty lobby area but did get busy after. I was helped immediately by what seems to be the only agent working that evening. I already saw on the Bonvoy app that one of my room was already upgraded to a Junior suite, while the 2nd room in my reservation was the room type that I had reserved. This was quite a long time ago as an Elite Titanium that I received an upgrade especially at a Four Points property. I was asked to select my welcome gift which I selected for the breakfast - since it already starts at 6 am which gave me sufficient time to have breakfast before going to the airport (since I knew at that the JAL domestic lounge would have zero options for breakfast). Room One of the room was on a lower floor, while the Suite was on the highest floor of the property (5th if I remember correctly). As expected it was a very spacious room - although without any separated bedroom and living area. The interior decoration of the hotel was aviation based and on the industrial concept - with a lot of dark tones - which I liked a lot, but I guess this is very personal point. On the other hand, there was no real option to brighten up the room further as the lighting was limited too - so it's not the best if you're someone who prefers a more lighted/bright room. The room had a large floor to ceiling windows facing the water, which in the morning I already noticed would have given the room a very bright feel with the natural lighting. There was no closed wardrobe, but it was an open concept. The bed was the main object in the room with the working desk situated behind the headboard area (this reminded me of the Metropol Belgrade property room). Outside of this, there was a small sitting area with a nice view towards the water and the terminal and hotel buildings. There was a small in room gift left by the hotel as an Elite welcome gesture - which was nice. The TV was of a larger size with the usual channels for an international chain hotel in Japan. Internet speed was good - stable and worked well for usual usage. The climate control in the room worked well being silence and managing to keep the room temperature as desired. 長らくコロナ病棟としての利用、再開後も団体優先となっていましたが、9/1より個人の宿泊受付を開始したようです。 隣接している2号館には何度か宿泊しているのですが、こちらは今回が初めて。ハード面では目新しさは無かったものの、自動でチェックイン／チェックアウトを行うことが出来る機械がロビーにあったり、客室テレビが各種配信サービスに対応していたのは嬉しかったです。朝食は２号館と同じ内容。和洋食でコーナーが分かれていました。

I stayed at the hotel for one night due to a late arrival. It is conveniently located near the airport, within a walking distance of approximately 10-15 minutes. Since it was late, most of the restaurants were closed. However, if you get hungry, there are 2-3 Family Mart stores in the nearby buildings. The breakfast provided was good, and the complimentary drinks offered in the lobby were a nice bonus. The room itself is quite old, but it was sufficient for a few hours of sleep. Most of the shops and restaurants in the airport open at 10 am, so if you want to explore before heading to the city, you can check out at that time.

Room is so nice. 5 min walk to the airport for the flight check in, so convenient for those taking morning flight out of nagoya. Breakfast is nice, good variety. I will be back to this hotel if I come to nagoya again.

駐車場もわかりやすく近かったので使いやすかったです。 ウェルカムドリンクにティーパックがあったので嬉しかったです。 夜のチェックインだったかもしれないのですが、はちみつ紅茶が無かったので残念でした。 朝食のワッフルがすでに朝食を食べるところにあったので、それをそのまま朝に出すようなら衛生的にどうなのかな？とは思いました。

This hotel is a bit dated but has a classic antique ambiance to it. It took me some hours to learn how to operate the toilet 😅 but I finally figured it out. The young lady, I forgot her name, helped me with understanding the thermostat.. as she was the only one who spoke some English the evening I arrived. But she was very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Shower was warm and had good water pressure! Hotel was convenient to subway station and buying tickets. Also convenient to nearby local eateries.

他のドーミーインには何度も利用させてもらってますが、こちらは初でした 立地は三河安城駅の目の前なので分かりやすいです、今回車利用でしたので隣の駐車場に24時間600円で駐車できました、出し入れ自由だそうです 旅行で夫婦2名利用で部屋はお任せのプランでしたが、ツインの広々とした部屋に通されて十分満足、清掃も行き届いてました、 ドーミーインならではのサービス「夜泣きそば」も毎回楽しみにしています 朝食も品数十分で、朝から重いと思ったが味噌カツ丼も美味かった、十分他のビジネスホテルに差を付ける内容だと思う 出張で各地のビジネスホテルに泊まる事が多いのですが、ドーミーインがあれば迷わず予約します、スタッフの対応・清潔感・温泉大浴場・朝食も満足度が高い、 悪い評価もチラホラあるが、価格と内容を比較すれば他のホテルから頭一つ出ているのは間違い無いと思います。

まずウエルカムドリンクな抹茶とお菓子を部屋に入る前に頂くのですが年配の仲居さんのリーダーみたいな人が 抹茶に親指がつきそうなくらい入れて渡してくれて気持ち悪くて、同じ人が朝ごはんの時もお茶碗に親指全部入れてご飯ついでくれ、おかわりしようと蓋開けたらしゃもじの持つところがご飯にべったりくっ付いてました。夕飯のお品書きも違ってて 伝えたら あー違いますね～だけ。いくつかある温泉の説明も年配のリーダー的仲居さんがしてくれたのですが理解できない説明。部屋にベッドが2つしかなくて？聞いたらあと2人は離れの部屋ですと。なんとこの部屋いち度外に出ないと入れなくて真冬は罰ゲームですよね。トイレも1番奥の露天風呂の横にあるので 離れの人達は1度外に出てからベッドルームを通ってしか行けない有り得ないつくりでした。露天風呂はあるものの4月でも寒く 部屋にはシャワー室もないです。和紙の電気はやぶれてて 中には死んだ虫がいっぱいで上はほこりが積もっていました。ベッドルームのライトのコンセントは2つとも壊れてるのかテープでぐるぐる巻きにしてありました。火事になりそうで怖くて 泊まる方は必ず非常口チェックしないといけませんね。ご飯も高級旅館にしては美味しくなかったです。80近いおばあさんが2人で仕切ってるようで 昭和からバージョンアップされてない残念な旅館でした。ただ東南アジア？な外国人のスタッフさん達は皆さん感じが良く救われました。リピなしです。料金だけが高級でした。
