Hotel berhampiran Hangzhou Gongshu Gymnasium, Hangzhou

Kakitangan tidak membantu seperti yang kami mahukan dan Noone bercakap bahasa Inggeris seperti yang diharapkan. Bilik itu sendiri selesa dengan bilik mandi yang indah, dan juga tenang dengan katil yang sangat selesa. Sarapan pagi adalah baik walaupun mesin kopi rosak.

Nice rooms and clean.close to the subway..the stuff was amazing and really helpful.the breakfast buffet was also good with assorted snacks and drinks I strongly recommend anyone to visit

酒店環境宜人，交通位置便利，有免費停車場停車方便，現在還配有充電樁，非常人性化，房間衞生乾淨整潔，客房大姐熱情友善，有求必應。餐廳早餐品種豐富，味道很贊。前台辦理入住速度很快，微笑服務很到位，酒店的各處細節讓人非常滿意，看得出酒店管理很用心，大堂設計偏江南風格，擺設精緻，給人留下非常深刻的印象，在這裏入住，讓人感覺賓至如歸。

這次旅行多數住的民宿，來杭州選擇了桔子酒店，入住體驗特別好，感覺酒店真的在細節上下功夫打造這個品牌，從前台大廳的橘子飲料，橘子餅乾，桔子鮮果，到房間的桔子糖，牙膏，洗手液......我擔心我以後一看到橘子就會想起這個酒店😄外前台女孩們很熱情，還給升級了房間，酒店早餐也特別豐富，下次再來。

They offered free laundry service, the breakfast was good (although no hot drinks which I thought was weird?), very helpful and friendly people at reception and the room was comfortable and clean. I did have to get a taxi to the metro (to get to the airport), as it was a decent walk with my big bag. Apart from that the hotel is close to shops and there is a bus stop close by.

Great stay here for me! The front desk staff was very friendly to me and checked me in very swiftly. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to state at.....

One of the best stays in China for me. I highly recommend this hotel. The lobby staff were nice even though some of them can't fully speak english. The annuities were good and comfortable. They helped you with hotel wifi and I was mostly impressed with breakfast. They are warm and delicious 😋. Unfortunately when I was there, there were foggy days but still, the hotel provides the best service. Ensure to select a bigger room, I booked my smallest but got a free upgrade to the 20th floor, so I was very happy. I'll definitely go back again in the future.

環境：周邊吃的很多 附近很方便 衞生：挺乾淨的 保潔打掃非常負責 消毒也到位! 服務：服務很滿意 很親切的感覺 前台幫我們主動拿了小童用品 設施：設施很新 早餐也豐富 新酒店就是不一樣 特別榜樣一下前台小楊 服務很好很親切 給我們一個非常滿意的入住體驗 下次來杭州西湖還會再來!

I stayed here 11 nights on family room, this hotel is much much better than Z Prime and Grace hotel. This hotel has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. There are 2 robots that deliver quickly to the room when order food. The service at this hotel is very, very good (you won't get this kind of service at the Z Prime Hotel and Grace Hotel). The downside in my opinion is the small shower room . I saw there is a big one and ask the staff bout it, they explain because I asked for a quiet room, the side facing quiet environment has small shower room. There also a staff person who is very very very kind : 1. When I arrived I borrowed scissors to open my suitcase plastic wrap and he help me to open it. 2. When I was in the lobby waiting for my food delivery, this person approached me asking what was wrong and wait with me until the food come. 3. I asked for laundry plastic, this person also delivered it straight away. This person always smiles to greet guests. I hope that this hotel will develop bigger with staff like this and for this staff, I hope that he and his family abundant success and health. Sorry, I can't read chinese name so I put his picture
